Hello to all our wonderful and VERY supportive Shareholders!
I know it has been awhile since I have talked to you, and you have been very patient about that. I have been in and out of town as well as working VERY hard with our Pacific Fuel Cell Corp.
Most of you know that we have had some delays with the opening of the lab, but we are moving forward on that, as well as on all fronts. We will be getting out a press release with an update very soon.
In the meantime, I want to extend to you my heartfelt thank-you for all your messages and emails, they are very appreciated and I am hopeful you will all continue the journey with us.
I want and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season and to look forward to a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR - we all deserve it!

What kind of news? I've collected some shares on the bid; as promised, either .001 or .01...
Let's get the iBox updated to reflect your news, contact information, etc. Looking forward to your response Scooby1.
Just talked to the CEO, he said it's a good time to buy. Big news with Nasa. heheheheheheh
Well, then you know something that George and the BK judge don't.... Get a job and stop trying to con people outta their money..!!!!!!!!........IT IS DEAD..!
I always thought the stock goes down when someone sells and goes up when someone buys. Looks like to me the PPS is down.
got my tickets ready for the train to pull out
PFCEQ will go green...Smart ones are loading up here....And so am I.....Something Big is about to happen with PFCEQ,,,
Believe me.... IT'S DEAD IN THE WATER...!
Sentiment.. Not a bash, just the fact..!
I am holding 48000 shares, and looking for some sort of this comming back to life. But so far no one can show or prove this has life in it.
my holdings here is less than 4% from my others holdings, i realy don't care. still holding all. why wouldn't u sell your shares? or it's allready done.
I had stated that I would buy at .001 or .01; whichever comes first. Looks like .001 is just a tick away.
Halbroke if you buy and drive it up to .005 then thats the price i will pay. Still waiting
Halbroke you have 10 min to buy 100,000 shares.
WRONG..!
That is a USA patent #... Please note the owner of the patent in the link I have provided you.
http://www.freepatentsonline.com/6706431.html
Sentiment.. PFCE.. Owns nothing.....Fact..!
Just posting facts son... get a job and stop trying to con people out of their money..!!
Once again halbroke, you buy 100,000 shares and i too will buy equal amount. Thats a measly 300.00 dollars plus commision. between the both of us we can run this up to .008
Halbroke, you buy 100,000 shares right now or in the next 1/2 hour and i'll follow suit. Becouse i don't see you buying any. And thats a promise.
Anything posted about PFCE's past has "NO" merit what so ever anyhow....
"The fuelcell cost to much to make" ..Even Professor Yushan Yan of USC who was on the board of directors of PFCE gave up on it and left the company. As you can see by this link Mr. Yan is no dummy and well respected in the nano research field.

Very interesting fuelcellcoot, I think Ash should become monitor on this board then he can delete certain post that is threating to this stock from making any progress with the PPS going up. Becouse so far this is becoming less attractive. DD is always best before jumping into a stock.
Here is proof PFCE never owned the rights to the fuel cell to start with..

George, Steve and Ken were the owners of FULLERENE USA, INC.... PFCE was only set up to go to market with and did not have full ownership of the patent. Fullerene kept over 51% of the action.
a don't agree with those.THE MARKET POTENTIAL FOR THE FULL CELL IS HUGE.I will not be Surprised to find a prtnership deal with E- CARS CO.in the future.
I FIND THIS VERY ATTRACTIVE AT THAT CURRENT PPS,IMO.
last 10-Q:
"Fuel cell manufacturers have incurred unwarranted expense and diversion of management time in trying to manufacture each of the
several components needed for their fuel cells. We believe that we can create a viable, profitable business by utilizing proven manufacturing
techniques in a dedicated environment. To this end we have started manufacturing bipolar plates, end plates and flow plates in our plant in
Willoughby, Ohio. We anticipate that our customers will include many prominent industrial firms, as well as leading independent fuel cell
companies.
We believe that the reason that the fuel cell market is not rapidly expanding at this time is due to high manufacturing costs and lack of
successful applications. We believe that a robust fuel cell market is likely to occur at some future time, due to the advantages of low pollution
and independence from fossil fuels. Major automobile, industrial and power supply companies are heavily involved in research and
development activities of fuel cell technology and many have announced prototypes and commercial models. However, we know of no major
commercial breakthrough, which we attribute to the high cost of the products and the lack of consumer acceptance in the automobile industry.
Management believes that a viable use of fuel cells, as currently developed, is as a power source for forklifts in warehouse operations. We
believe that fuel cells may be more suitable as a power source for these forklifts, which currently are battery powered. The battery lasts only 4
to 6 hours in many cases and must be brought to the recharging center. That is creating inefficiency in warehouse operations. Fuel cell powered
forklifts can operate for a few days before refueling and maintenance. As of the date of this report we are exploring the economic viability of
this market and there can be no assurances that we will expand our sales with bipolar plates, end plates and flow plates for fuel cells used in
warehouses, or if we do attempt to expand in this manner, that our efforts will be successful".
Thanks, curious what Ash and halbroke will have to say now. Amazing what a little DD can do.
Yes..! Took some of his very close friends for some very big bucks.. It's really a sad story.. Here is another e-mail I received after everything went down from someone who knew George personally..
"Trust me when I say this,
No one made a dime on PFCE fuel cell endeavor.
The nanoMEA endeavor could have been
successful if they could have reduced
the price of the nanoMEA.
No matter how they tried, they couldn't
get the price of nanoMEA down.
Therefore, there was no market for our product
and without the nanoMEA, the company's fortune begin to spiral downward.
The nanoMEA endeavor was a gamble for everyone.
I lost about $35,000
It might make you feel better to know that
Swanberg lost about $200,000
and some of the others lost more than that!"
He had his cell phone# changed. Here is his e-mail address, maybe you can contact him that way, but don't expect any replies..
suzukigeo@aol.com
Good luck..!
Also did this CEO really say one lie after another? Again reading the postings, it appears he was an habitual liar. Am i portraying this correctly?
Why isn't there a number to reach the CEO, if this was going to come alive you would think someone would comunicate with share holders. Also in reading past posting in investorvillage board several individuals help raise capital for this company, are they SOL or have they been paid back allready?
Anything you want to know about this so called company... ask me..! I was in it from .43 to .95..
Under 200 dollars put into this today. LOL
Now you know darn well this will never hit .05 so .08 is not going to happen, someone will dump into that frenzy. Still doing my DD on this and it's not looking good.
How about the bid?
PFCEQ- LOOK AT THE ASK 2 MM'S TILL .01(1) THEN .02(1),.08(1)
If so, it will be on hype only as there is NOTHING here..!
exactly...0031, break this range and it's a quick trip to .01, imo.
default is better than revoked.it can't be an active status till this comes out from bk.
Just one of the many suits filed against the bk shell..
..from one their 10KSB's
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We have been named as a defendant in a lawsuit pending in the Court of Common Pleas for Lake County, Ohio, captioned “ SKRL Tool & Die, Inc., et al. v. William Berwald, et al. , Case No. 07-CV-000567.” The case was filed on February 28, 2007.
In their complaint, Plaintiffs allege that two of their former employees – current employees of ours in our Willoughby, Ohio, manufacturing facility – possess confidential and proprietary trade secrets of SKRL pertaining to the manufacturing of bipolar plates for fuel cells. Plaintiffs have asserted against these employees and us claims for, among other things, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets and tortious interference with business relationships and seek compensatory and punitive damages, as well as injunctive relief that would preclude the two former SKRL employees from continuing to be employed by us.

Don't know whats going on here, but..RUN..!!
The company is in default with the state of Nevada..

Ya want the real story.. Heres the real story on this defunked company.. Here is a e-mail I received right before George flew the coop..
After PFCE failed to make the nanoMEA feasible
economically by the end of 2006, Ken, Steve and Yushan decided to give up and they left the company.
The California PFCE nanoMEA venture was dead in early Spring 2007 (I think you are right, that must have been thinking that during and right after your trip to 2006 August Ohio MEA conference)
Anyway, after that, the only person remaining was George.
George as you know is a fool and very incompetent.
George is also a pathological liar.
I never trusted George and wanted nothing to do with him.
I left PFCE and went my own way.
Anyway after that, George convinced Swanberg and the gang to dig deeper into their pockets and fund the Ohio BPP venture. Well, the PFCE Ohio BBP venture turned out to be a disaster and they lost everything.
There is no hope for PFCE, George has lost almost $750,000
and it was all borrowed from his house and property in California. George is personally bankrupt in every sense of the word.
Cellfoods was never really anything and had nothing to do
with the fuel cell endeavor. Anything to do with Cellfoods is dead.
There is "NO" company. Whats going on here...I have no idea..?
Pleny of DD on the investor village board, thats all i need for right now unless there is proof somewhere else. If the CEO burned it's shareholders once, i think he will do it again. JMHO
Are you serious? Halbroke, where is your DD? I cannot find a single court document. You? Why the caps?
I'm in at .001 or .01; whichever comes first.
found also more daily coverage by Morningstar. i think PFCEQ GETTIN MORE AND MORE INTERSEST LATLY.
new research Report by Reuters 23 Oct 2010- http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/analystResearch?symbol=PFCEQ.PK
holding&waiting.this one realy thin.definitely worth holding a few, imo.
PFCEQ was established as a research and development company, which has developed a proprietary MEA membraine that is revolutionary and contains a competitive edge over other product in the marketplace it provides better performance at more resonable cost than current MEAs. PFCE is also pioneering a unique and more cost effective use of carbon nanotube material to improve the performance of MEAs, providing PFCE with strong and unique competitive advantage for its MEA in the fuel cell market.
PFCEQ WILL CONTINUE TO ROCK NEXT WEEK, WE HOPE WE GET BIG NEWS REAL SOON.....WHETHER WE SEE A MERGER, OR THE SHELL COMES OUT OF BANKRUPTCY AND IS GRANTED HUGE FUEL CELL CONTRACTS, OR PARTNERS WITH ANOTHER MEGA-CO...
RBB AND ASH..WHERE ARE YOU GUYS..LETS GET SOME DD..GOING $$$$$.
Cool - thanks.
