what does mean to me the stockholder? Who owns what? Has PTAH been awarded the custodianship of its operations? What is next after custodianship? Were they sued over debt? I have been trying to find if they owed money and I did not find any. Thank you. I am holding to what I have. I bought it on top. Thank you.

Right now this company is still dark and defunct on otc. I don't think the custodian went through the process of acquiring this company to let the sec drop the hammer on it. Somethings up.

Yeah it is a custodianship, but who knows if it's just a shell or not. Until we get some kind of news I don't want to speculate. What we do know is that PTA Holdings has 4 subsidiaries.

There's definitely something going on behind the scenes that we will hear about shortly. The debt on the books was set to expire in 2021, so it seems like the group who was granted custodianship in 2019 was waiting until now to make their move.
