AUSTIN, TX, United States, via eTeligis Inc., 07/23/2014 - - AVEW HOLDINGS INC. (OTC Pink: AVEW) today announced that the company has signed a letter of Intent to acquire Kustom Fence Construction Company. (KFCC), a 33 year old New Braunfels, Texas based company that designs and builds fencing. Mr. Charles Hardinge owner, has been designing and installing wrought iron fencing, ranch fencing, wood privacy fencing, chain link fencing, white vinyl fencing and driveway entrances, entry gates, and gate openers for over 33 years. Fifty percent of over 375 jobs per year that KFCC does is referral business. KFCC revenues average over one million dollars per year just serving the Hill country.
AVEW Holdings Inc. plans to expand KFCC business to San Antonio, Austin, and Waco, Texas.
AVEW Holdings Inc. will be actively searching for additional construction, outdoor living and pool service related companies in the San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Waco, Texas areas.
AVEW Holdings was established in 2010 to service the greater Austin area. Over the years, the company has been recognized with multiple international and regional design awards. In addition to pool design and construction, they offer full landscaping and monthly pool service plans. AVEW intends to expand outside of the regional market while also pursuing a vertical integration strategy through the acquisition of service and construction companies that compliment AVEW business.
