My initial entry was a small amount at 0.14 (the first trace back after hitting 0.28, thought it would go back up), then I was able to average down by getting more at 0.08. Turns out, it never went back up lol.

Yes, the slow decline (as well as steady training) with increased volume was a bit misleading, but the overall picture looks like it'll keep slowly decreasing in pps. And add on the fact that nobody knows if our shares will be cancelled. Oh well, I put my 40 % remaining from PPMIQ into NXHZ. Maybe that will make up my loss

I too decided it was time to take the loss and sell out. The trend certainly has been down in the past couple weeks thru the 05's and now into the 04's. It's a very subtle decline and on days in between we saw Green a few times but looking at the totality of things...... it's trending down and with the "unknown" as to whether we would get any of the new shares or not, I thought it was time to take what I had left and sell. My initial entry was around 089 so I ended up down around the 40% range or so.

We shall see about those .03s. I predict it bottoms at .04 and then spikes. Looks very similar to the last spike/gradual drop off/spike pattern between April to June.

Well I sold out and took the loss (51%). It seems to be trending down again and I'm worried about what will happen when that 0.50 at the bid gets taken out. I only had a small position anyways.

Even though the bid keeps dropping since people keep getting filled at the bid, the ask has been holding steady all afternoon. Not really typical is it?

Very true. All it takes is a 10-20% bump up and others start to notice and many times the volume will pour in and generate a nice percentage gain. Yesterday there were a couple Q plays that had that happen and went up over 100%.

Exactly.... The stock has definitely received some sort of interest in the past few weeks. Just not sure why. I'll be holding my shares for the moment until it becomes more clear why this insurge of volume has arrived.

I agree. For weeks we sat with low volume and on a couple days less than 100k. Now with the uncertainty looming the volume is picking up and numerous days with volume between 1-2 million. Not quite sure who it is that is buying.

It's odd.... why such an increase in volume in the last week or so? Yet, most of the sells are at the bid, then we get a string of buys at the ask?

From what I understand, we are unsure what will happen to us shareholders, but with such uncertainty, why the increase in volume now?

Yes, it never hurts to watch and see what the outcome is here. If nothing else, it is a good learning experience for future Q plays.

I sold out this morning put in a sell .052 for over an hour was able to only sell half my shares with the bid at .0503. Finally sold the rest at the ask, took a loss on this one, hope it works better for the rest of you. Good luck!

This is a weird stock. There are so many little trades for about 200 shares bringing the price down sometimes over 10%. It would seem to me that MMs would be trying to keep the price higher, not lower, so they could get more money for the shares before they get cancelled. I guess maybe they can make more money selling them at a lower rate where the spreads are bigger? Still the volume suggests they're trying to accumulate at the cheapest rate they can. Perhaps setting up for one more big pump and dump. Who knows?

The other mystery is debt/assets. We owe the bond holders $700 million, right? They're gonna get $200 million in cash. That leaves us $500 million short. But the documents all say we have $1.2 billion in tax assets. Tax assets are not as reliable as cash/cash equivalents/short term investments or even material assets, but they are nevertheless assets. That means our assets are larger than our debts. Isn't that what it all comes down to??

Hope springs eternal with the Q's especially, because when commons stay intact, there is a huge payday...its difficult to let go, I guess :(

The time frame issue is one of the most unfair, to me, in all of the BK rules and procedures. It is totally unregulated, and up to the company to pull the shares. AONEQ traded for months after BK confirmation and new owners in place. MFGLQ ceased trading almost immediately after resolution...there is no time frame, so unless you are nimble, I generally advise to stay away once the confirmation process is complete...just too much of a risk, IMO.

Gary, I don't see much tangible evidence that current shareholders will be issued shares of new stock, unfortunately. In my opinion, the US Trustee's office raised good points in their objection, and I was unhappy to see such little merit given to them. As stated in the confirmation order, the Debtor will have business going forward, but only three classes (creditors) will receive new shares.

Hope I'm missing something, but I think this is beyond speculative as an investment at this point.
