Nice! Well that might be a good place for a GTC! ;)
OK, where can I get the software you use notating the fibs? What a fantastic tool. Currently I have to do it the long way around.
Appreciate the feedback -- SAM
Out of these gold stocks, I see FMNJ is being accumulated. Look at the trades on FMNJ this morning, all trades are on ask at 0.0065.
In fact, the 50 period SMA is at $1 on 10 ticks chart (see that big white line), it would be something if it goes all the way back to $1, can you say Pennies to Dollars? A lot of short got caught on this one.
Thanks, C_P! You're always very generous in sharing information. You certainly don't have to. :) Great quality.
Thank you for the "spot on" charts and comments on PTSC.
BRST ... What about 50% (.85) and 61.8% (.99)? V-rooooom!
NATIONAL NEWS
Judge declines to throw out patent suit against Apple
Apple Inc., which has sold more than 119 million iPod music players, lost a bid Thursday to have Burst.com Inc.'s patent-infringement lawsuit thrown out.
U.S. District Judge Marilyn Patel in San Francisco upheld some elements of Burst.com's patents for receiving, storing and transmitting audio and video files. Cupertino, Calif.-based Apple had sought a ruling invalidating parts of four patents.
Burst.com, a three-employee company that lost $533,000 last year, claims that inventions by its founder, Richard Lang, are at the heart of the iPod and that Apple owes it millions in royalties. Patel invalidated some elements of Lang's patents, saying they weren't new inventions. That may narrow issues against Apple if the case goes to trial.
Burst.com, based in Santa Rosa, Calif., provides software for broadcasting audio and video over the Internet.
38% fib retracement is at 0.70. 50% retracement is at .85, 62% retracement is at $1. Chart:
BRST -- Guess on the fib retrace?
How's .75, or better yet, .89 sound. LOL!
Nice DCB ... maybe more to it after reading the info.
"LOL, dollars to pennies " pennies to DOLLAR? /e
Indeed, that's a panic sellong on BRST yesterday. It is up now in premarket.
I feel the current overall market condition doesn't allow to hold any big board stocks LONG overnight. The prices of these big board stocks are too sensitive to the index changes overnight, these indexes are not acting normally.
Small stocks have little impacts by the index changes. Might just stick to trade or hold the small stocks for now.
Look at this JSCO, it went to $70-80 when I had my breakfast, now when I look at it again, it is at $54. Crazy.
When I tried to say good morning to a friend, he's down $6K on JASO, ouch. I've no idea where he bought it in premarket.
Been a read'n re: BRST...
Definitely a situation where having a Pacer Account Counts.
Gut tells me "overreaction" and a whole lotta panic selling going on.
Take care -- SAM

BRST ... ??? See nothing on the wires, SEC filings, or rumor on the boards. You?
OK, I admit it, I nibbled before posting the chart. LOL!
MEOW! DCB!
PTSC back-filled ... consolidation ... filled the gap ... closed above .60 again. Give us the news, already. LOL!
RSTO still has a quarter to give for the Merger/buyout @ 6.70.
LOCM, almost ... chug-a-chuga ... need green markets for launch?
LOL, dollars to pennies
Quite a bounce from the bottom, almost 100%!
What happened, did they lose the lawsuit aganist AAPL?
PENNIES TO DOLLARS <,,,,,,,,exactly
ONGO has some nice buying this morning - 0.0014. A sign of bottom and trend reversal? This stock is one of the few OTC BB stocks is which bullish and on nice volume. Another stock has good volume: NAWL.
ONGO 0.001 x 0.0011, this one might have bottomed and make a bounce. Broke 0.0013 is critical:
Yes, saw its earnings last night, very nice!
KWBT Chinese fertilizer with nice news... ;)
Just bought some LOCM @ 3.78, wish me luck
Certainly these are the right words! These days, I have so many fear and no confident in the market, always sell them ALL and leave nothing on the table
IMOT is making some plans. I posted it over the Chinese Plays board several days ago:

CHVC ... Nice! But isn't that the way it goes? LOL!
Always "take some off the table" ... let a few of the free shares ride when you think have a real winner ... Trade_For_Money quote.
As they say, "Can't go wrong in the long run by taking some profits."
Anyway, seems to me those are the kind of companies/stocks that keep you searching for the "pearls." HA!
Me, I like the explosive potential of a PTSC and WAVX. Not in a hurry 'cause I don't day trade for a living ... just a dabbler here looking out to the horizon. ;)
BTW, you keeping an eye on our old friend, IMOT?
This CHVC is running crazy, should have holded some shares. I was in from $0.70 to $1.20, now it is heading to $2.
See my previous post, earnings.
C_P, morn'n...
She's in the "oversold" big time category. Why the big dipper? General market or ?
Ah, I see your posts now. {YAWM} Sorry.
Here is more info why it tanked on earnings a few days ago:
LOCM Local.com: In-line Q3 results; about to enter a critical stage of its evolution - Merriman (5.08 )
Merriman notes CUTR reported in-line 3Q07 including $5.6 mln in rev, ($2.0 mln) in adjusted EBITDA and ($0.14) in adjusted EPS. After building out its infrastructure, search technology and site traffic to about 30 mln monthly visitors, firm believes LOCM is about to enter a critical stage of its evolution - the building of direct advertiser acquisition channels. The co will embark on a rapid ramp of telesales, likely outsourced, to acquire tens of thousands of local advertisers who will be listed in LOCM's search results. Based on the results of some of its peers, they believe that Local.com's strategy is very plausible, and even with very conservative assumptions, they arrive at very attractive growth and profitability projections exiting 2008.
Financial Guidance and Balance Sheet:
The company expects fourth quarter 2007 revenue of between $5.7 million and $5.9 million, the mid-range of which is a 3% increase over the third quarter 2007. We expect the mid-range of local search revenue to be approximately $5.4 million, an increase of 8% over the third quarter 2007. The company expects net loss for the fourth quarter 2007 to be between $2.4 million and $2.6 million, or $0.17 - $0.18 per share, which includes non-cash expenses of $0.9 million or $0.06 per share. The loss per share forecast assumes 14.2 million weighted average shares outstanding.
The non-cash expenses of $0.9 million consist of stock based expense of $328,000; and depreciation and amortization of $588,000.
On September 30, 2007, the Company had $18.1 million in cash and marketable securities and no debt.
SAM,
PTSC did broke some serious resistences, now it is a buy on dips.
I've been watching LOCM and waiting (to fill the gap), tried to go short on it many days ago, but no shares to borrow, finally, that gap is filled yesterday.
I think it could bounce from higher $3s for at least 20%. I will put a bid right at yesterday's close, if it finishes in green today, we know it is bottomed. On the similar TA setting, it went from $4s to $8 in two months timeframe.
I bought a few other new pennies Friday, hope they're lottery ticks (IHGR 0.0002, NAWL 0.0003).
Should have checked the earnings schedule yesterday, knew NTWK always had good earnings and run up on earnings.
LOCM:
PTSC:
Closed basicaly HOD. Legs, you think?
ITRO ... vvvvvvvvrooooooooooom! A most excellent pick, Sir Player. :)
Not bad on PTSC either. That .59-.61 is the next hurdle. Just waiting for the "NEWS" one way or the other.
Gone Fish'n -- SAM
This is a super-duper play, nice pop during the day, sort of like ITRO, congrats!
GXPI come on .20! HA! /e
PTSC 0.609 x 0.61! Looks like 0.61 could be the first resistence.
PTSC 0.59, I think I will be out some soon.
Look at the gold bugs - CGLD, MXOM, and two pennies - AURC and GSPG.
GSPG has a pretty good momo - apparently shakerz is still in. AURC - chart bottom, shall rise from this level.
AURC:
Could be the train is really moving out with settlement news coming?
[Suppressed Sound Link]
These gold stocks are really going, GORO/CGLD are most noticable.
PTSC is heading up from here, probable won't be able to see 0.40s again
Yep, been monitoring it with a host of others.
see comparison: http://stockcharts.com/charts/candleglance.php?CDE,NEM,GG,GLG,DROOY,SSRI,mgh,GXPI,GLD,SLV|B
Did you check out GXPI? Looks to gap up large....
Check out MGH - the closest one.

Thanks, C_P. Cheers -- SAM /e
There are some Chinese gold plays, they've some exploration rights only, 99% of the companies are state-owned, and 100% of the mineral ownership or land is the government
Chinese_Player, is there a favorite Chinese gold stock?
These are pretty. :)

OK, you got it ... exactly! Now what? LOL!
Agreed! meanwhile...
break of the 200MA (.52) is significant, IMO. Next would be .59.
All that said, with settlement NEWS (and the subsequent signings/dominos falling) I think we will need to reevaluate ALL the TA. Perhaps then FA will once again be a consideration. BWDIK?
...waiting to hear the lovely alert/alarm sound notifying me "bid is equal to or greater than .52." ;)
Break and hold 0.50 close is very important.
Needs THE NEWS of settlement, then...
PTSC just won't be able to break that narrow trading range
Scalpa 'da AAGH one more time. /e
Thanks! You explained well.
