Jeffro, it's pretty simply why I presume the other companies didn't have the same business plan, because medical mj wasn't legal in FL and OH in 2004, 05, 07, 08, 10, 12! This is a new business in an emerging market, and that's a real reason to jump in it!

Sucks for any investor to get caught with a bankrupt stock. I'm real close to many that were with Winn Dixie Supermarkets - people lost millions! Now, it's not fair to compare Winn Dixie with pinks, but to your position on PAOG - I do not see the logic in correlating a failed past company with different products/services and CEO/management to a completely different company/product/service under different CEO/management's perceived non-potential success...just because they purchased the shell.

Yes, there is still a bigger gamble down here, but I have more confidence in a business I can see, with customers receiving services and revenue being generated.

It's not rocket science when you buy up a shell you inherit things from the previous company. Regardless of how it is looked at the fact remains that this company that we all know and love as $PAOG is a separate entity, a new era, a new company.

How do you know that none of the past ticker symbols didn't have a plan like PAOG??? Those companies didn't sell 100 of millions of shares with nothing to get investors excited, so I doubt your correct on that front.

And to your example, all the stock you owned when the new company bought your chaptered 11 company, is worth NOTHING, you lost everything. Now imagine that happening 10 times in a row for the last 13 years, while you worked for the same company, and every time you bought stock in the company that took you over, you lost everything. Would you buy stock in the new guy who came in and said, hey, "we're going to turn your company into something completely different, now buy OUR stock!!?!?!?!?! This time its for REAL!!

So Jeffro, I work with a company, we file chapter 11, a new company buys the company, is it the same company? Yes and no. There is different management with different leadership directing. We may sell the same products/services, but the company is different. With all of your ten examples, please list the CEO's...none of them include Robert Weber. None of the past ticker symbols had a business plan like Alternative Medicine Centers of America - PAOG. With PAOG it's a totally different company, different products/services and different management that will have completely different results.

So here is my thought...

If you go through any of the tickers in that list for the last 13 years. And I had told someone that that company was a scam, lets take International Minerals Mining Group for instance. The message board for IMMG would have told me I was crazy for thinking that, and that I was spreading false information, and who do I think I am etc...(same as I get here)

Yet here we are 10 years later and IMMG doesn't exist, and all the shareholders were completed wiped out after reverse split after reverse split, and the hard earned money they invested is now worth a fraction of what it was 10 years ago.

And this happened, not once, not twice, but TEN TIMES!

So here we sit again with PAOG in the lime light, on the ELEVENTH TIME, and you're telling me that its the real thing THIS time?
And I am just supposed to believe that because they have a couple of office spaces that this is a legit company now! This time!? The other ten times were what, just practice??? Failed businesses?? What?

Its part of the machine that keeps pumping out hundreds of millions of shares, different story line, same shell game.

I just know what shell the marble is under...

- HAve opened multiple clinics in 2 different states
- More clinics set to be open within the next couple months
- Have posted increase revenues quarter over quarter
- Have posted a profit in Q2 off of 1 corporate clinic open for less than half the period
- Have increased assests and decreased liabilities
- Received FINRA approval for name change
- Shed all assiciation with prior company by eliminating all liabilities from prior management

People would be coming in from everywhere to buy this. Investors would be gobbling up shares like crazy! It would be OWCP all over again, but it wouldn't be a sham like OWCP.

Interesting theory but fortunately flawed. The slow decline on low volume has clearly happened for a combination of a few factors:

Profit takers who loaded up in the trips.

A lack of patience leaving funds in one area and seeking more plays.

A lack of a steady stream of news which creates and drives MOMO in pinky land.

Pretty simple when you think about it. Longs know what they own. Vetted and verified at all stages.

$PAOG sticks to the plan of creating a solid business that has already generated Net Profits and is expanding with its share structure unchanged since February.

It's very safe to assume PAOG is toast. Unfortunately, this stock has proved to be a scam and is back under a penny.

Management has largely been silent and likely have cashed in their chips.....and will probably resurface when it's time for the reverse split.

Until then, management's silence will likely continue....so sit back, relax and continue to watch the steady downfall.
