I live in the area and went there. Some patent office or company is occupying suite 101. No listing of Pacel on the Suite board in the lobby either.This was a while back but the address looks the same now as then.

I talked to a specialist at the SEC. Here is the number:

My complaint is about the form 8-K which was filed on
March 14, 2007. According to the 8-K Pacel is suppose to send us a statment. This is my way of making Pacel communicate with us and let us know whats going on.

I told the same thing to the specialist and he said I should file the complaint. He also said It makes a difference if alot of people file a complaint, and it is better if you do it online.

You go to www.sec,gov.

click on File a Tip or Complaint (which is in the row on the right)

Then go to Complaints and click on online forms.

Then scroll all the way down and click on other, and fill out the form.

Some of you guys know more about the company than I do, and you really need to send in a complaint. The Specialist said that they would contact Pacel about my complaint, but reading some of your post, it seem some you have the inside scoop of what is really going on and your complaint may help us to get somthing back.

I sent an email through asmara's website, a couple of months ago and although I didn't get a response.. I did get a read receipt from a Catherine Musselman - [e-mail],
and a Malea Haney - [e-mail], so someone is(was) there and listening. It would seem by one of the read receipts I received that this may be a family affair. lol.

I even went so far as to call them and was put through to a secretary who knew nothing since she had just started, she did however tell me that asmarahr used to be pacel. I had to press a few buttons to get to them as it was an automated switchboard type system, also it was the same number used for pacel, and resourcing solutions group inc.

I received quite a few read receipts from them, but to this day still no response and I haven't called since so I've no idea if the're still there or if the number has been changed.

What seems to be happening here, after sucking in all the money they could from Pacel shareholders, and building solid, what appear to be profitable company, they try to shed the skin and forget about Pacel. Both companies stocks are dead, none is trading. Don't know what's going on but it smells rotten...

I agree, I sent a few e-mails to Musselman but he doesn't seem to give a damn, the other stock just RSGX just disappeared, it doesn’t trade, you cant find quote for it. If this is their master plan of a big scam, it is well documented and Garry will follow his predecessor Calkins and join him in some friendly neighborhood penitentiary. I'm going to complain to SEC as well and every other shareholder should follow the suit. Otherwise we never gonna see nothing...

here is my complaint I just sent to the SEC. It's better than just sitting down doing nothing. You can copy and send the same letter, and replace your name. Pacel needs to acknoledge it's shareholders.
