Yeah the board is pretty much DEAD over there, that's what happens when you piss off all the iHubbers who use to follow the company though......killed any and all buzz they ever had.
However, I personally believe there is quite a bit going on with the company itself. In fact I've been tempted to buy during this lull, especially if it drifts much lower.
Hopefully they have learned from their many mistakes with DNDT and JAQC/RAFA and can make OSKV a success, only time will tell I suppose.
thanks, it's just a flier. i've watched it for a long time waiting for someone to take it over. sucks that it has to be some loser doing it.
ended up selling 45,000 shares for a big profit, as it seems a little dead right now...
FWIW, this is Off Topic but I see you been poking around DB_TX, the guy that took over that shell, Mike Roth, is a real shyster who has been involved with several other crap penny stocks like AC_LH, GR_BG and BC_LE.....might be advisable to use caution there IMO.
Who knows, I tried finding that exact info out but they are choosing to ignore me these days it would appear.
BTW haven't seen you around RAFA lately, did you end up selling that one..??
When will this be available to trade, if ever...?
If I were to do a report card for all of these stocks that Bailey and Co. took over it would look like this....
DNDT- When they first took it over it had a nice run from .00's to .06, however, after heavy dilution it fell back to .00's then finally r/s. After the reverse split it continued to tank and is now sitting at .01 cents and has shown little signs of life.
They did somewhat recently acquire an interesting asset but have yet to do anything with it.
Overall grade= D-
JAQC- Again started off great running from .01 - $1.25, however, they threw us a curve-ball after encountering DTC issues and merged it with another company APKN. As part of the merger they were suppose to exchange shares of JAQC for APKN on a 1:1 basis...the exchange never happened.
Overall grade= D
RAFA- Was around .60 post merger, then went on a roller coaster ride when it tanked down to .04 before rebounding back to the .60's months later.
Overall grade= C
CACJ/OSKV- Only time will tell what happens with OSKV, past history has shown the ability to make some very good money in their plays..... however..... also the strong likelihood of losing your shirt as well.
Overall grade= to be determined
Here is a list of the companies located in Ostashkov.
http://www.hoovers.com/company-information/company-search.html?nvcnt=63&nvstt=&nvcty=Ostashkov
The top company Ostashkovski Kozhevenny Zavod ZAO is dba as Ostashkov Tannery, their sales are listed as $168.63M......knowing Bailey I have to think this is the best guess of who Ostashkov Industrial Inc is.
Then again maybe I'm wrong, I can't find any other connections that would lead me to believe this is the company in question.
After looking into it a little more, if I had to go out on a limb and speculate who or what Ostashkov Industrial Inc is I'd say the most likely candidate is the Ostashkov Tannery I mentioned before.
For the most part Ostashkov looks to be just a small Russian fishing village and the Tannery is by far the largest and most substantial business located there. So I could see the Tannery ending up as a subsidiary of Ostashkov Industrial Inc. IMO.
Of course I have no idea, I'm just speculating but considering the Ostashkov Tannery is one of the largest in Russia I could see that being it.
Going to have to wait for more details to know for sure.
OSKV does not appear to be tradable right now, however, once it is investors should be cautious and ensure that it does not have the same DTC issues as JAQC did, especially since they appear to be connected beyond just Bailey and Anderson.
There was already a large reverse split done by previous management(before Bailey took over)so there should be no need to worry about that here at least though.
Quick DD search of Ostashkov Industrial doesn't yield much beyond a website listed as 'coming soon.'
ostashkovindustrial.info
Ostashkov looks like a rather small town in Russia, shouldn't be too many businesses located there that would be substantial enough to have Baileys fingerprints on it.

I see they have a huge tannery located their, which also happens to have an English translated website.....hmm.

Going to need to do some more digging and see if I can come up with any other possibilities.
Well crap how the heck did I miss this, name change and change of control from Bailey to Anderson as the new President, now it's getting interesting..!
Time to go into DD mode on Ostashkov Industrial.
CAC Homes Corp., CACJ changed to Ostashkov Industrial Inc., OSKV:
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?d=11/19/2013&mkt_ctg=NON-OTCBB
Still watching and waiting to see if the new president has any plans for this one.
Not much info out there thus far, just and old website that has not been updated in years. No filings on OTC markets. Was called Entertainment Corp of America at one time. Previous owners effected a large reverse split, also previous and/or current mgmt both may have connections to DNDT or JAQC.
Beyond that don't see much out there but I'm ready for a new adventure so hopefully we'll see something happen one of these days.

I tried putting an order in for the heck of it last week as well and TDA just came back with "Order Can't Be Placed" no other explanation. I assumed this was a "Grey" at first but I believe Shellking said a few months back it's always been a "Pink" and that the MM's may need to be re-sponsored.
For some reasons OTC does not say CACJ as a Grey stock anymore and I was able to put a buy order last week without calling my broker.
Before I saw CACJ as Grey stock on OTC.
Is it possible to make any Grey stock to pink stock?
Is there any other example?
TIA
He may never do anything with this but if he does it's worth keeping an eye on, especially if the Rafarma deal ends up being a huge success.
This is believed to be a shell that is not currently pursuing a merger candidate at this time, however, it does have outstanding management and a microscopic float so it's worth keeping an eye on for future filings/developments IMO.
