No denying that.
A PACER account would be nice right now to see what is going on behind the scenes.
I've been saying this for months and months, this thing was being purposely kept down and accumulated heavily
Getting bought up like someone knows something.
No open short interest left either.

Aggressive buyer in action right now for sure
We have movement folks . . .
One of these days Tony.... one of these day ;)
LOl... I have been saying it was done months ago!!! Actually, it was done in 2002 when that reject from Abbott and Physicians Network (Steve Rauscher) took over.. You have to feel sorry for Orrie Friedman And David Singer who merged two promising companies but let a fool like Rauscher take the helm...
The only smart ones in the bunch was Dellacamera and GLG partners who saw this coming and got out cutting their losses..
End of story...
Based on the trading activity and chart I'm staying put, I've seen Chapter 7 BK plays run, fundamentals mean NOTHING
Well, this one isn't, so far. I brought this into the trading room I frequent and this one was said to be 'done'. When traders tried to run it they got stuffed with overhang. Theres no telling how much is above the market. No one wants to try it again ! Seriously, and now I look at the filings and I don't think this even has a traders run left in it. If you guys are stuck from above, good luck getting out !!! IF something illegal is going on here, you have to decide whether its worth the fight, and what are you going to do.
OK I just browsed the docket and there is a lot of stuff going on. There will be hearings in April and May scheduled. The company has just about wound down it operations, sold off everything, and secured creditors appear to be satisfied, and there will be about a 20% recovery for the unsecured creditors under the plan submitted. This means there will be no recovery for shareholders. Creditors can expect to be receiving payments perhaps for years to come. I have 3 PDF documents that I saved which I will email to you if you want to PM me and give me your email address. They don't explain exactly why the stock appears to have a ceiling at 2 cents though. The answer might be in the filings there somewhere but there are a TON of them.
Not true at all, I can name countless BK plays that ran where there were no fundamentals at all, just pure Market Maker plays
OK but in bankruptcy plays fundamentals are a must, unless you are trading an abandoned shell. Let me look at PACER now.
Def not arbitrary, choose based on chart and market maker activity and this one hits both of those categories my friend.
Shares for sale, how many who knows ? I have a PACER account and just for the heck of it I should at least browse the docket. It costs 8 cents a page to wiew documents so I need to be pretty judicious as to what I choose to look at. As a side note, did you guys just pick an arbitrary 'Q' stock and look at the chart and expect it to run ? I don't think it works that way.
There is some real funny business going on with this stock if you watch level II, .023 just got taken out with 150K, and then LAFC LOWERED his ask to .022 ?!? It's almost like someone really does not want this to go above .022 for whatever reason . . .
lol you first - if you ever sit there wondering whats wrong your answer might just be a phone call away. If you don't care then thats fine.
Please go for it! This appears to be more of an issue to you than I.
I would call the secretary of state in the state where the company is registered. If as secolton asserts that this company is not a true 'Q' stock there might be dilution after all. Maybe we can get to the bottom of this.
Just sharing my thoughts with whoever wants to read them.
Why are you hanging around here ?? You must have some interest in this stock to keep posting . . .
Yeah that can change from institutional selling.
I am talking about a CD or dilution from the company in bankruptcy though.
Why wouldn't the float change ? Why wouldn't institutions just dump their shares, increasing the float ?
Chart does look good though, accumulation up and bollingers practically touching . . .
Could be enough people are stopping by and looking for a Q stock whose chart looks primed to run and they snap up a few shares. It would sure fool me if I had just discovered this for the first time. Market makers could keep a false bid and simply keep recycling shares sold to the ask.
Yes but someone is BUYING these shares and has been for several months, even at the ask. Question is who . . .
Sorry I meant to say SEC reporting. They no longer need to file.
By retaining the Q you need to abide by SEC rules.
The CD dudes are in the Cayman islands and have a ceiling of 3,431,814 shares.
Regardless to say they are going to loose a ton of money.
I don't know what true pinksheet means. I don't think they are an SEC reporting company anymore if thats what you mean. You would need to refer to Monthly Operating Reports filed with the bankruptcy court. You are correct in that CD's are being unwound, by offshore who knows. The people owning the CD's are out millions of dollars. Millions. It would take forever at .02/share to pay it off. None of us will ever live that long.
Interesting....
LOL we have two funds here... both out of the Caymans. One a CD and one with warrants.
CD

Warrants

Last two filings by the way.
Thing is this isn't a true pinksheet.
Every change or share offering would be filed publicly.
As it stands right now those are the legal numbers.
Anything else going on would be fraudulent.
In saying that this could very well be an offshore fund unwinding a CD without a care in the world.
Been trading between .02 and .022 for almost 2 months now, very weird . . .
That was from a filing. The Secretary of State would have the current. What was from a filing and what is current could be two entirely different things.
Yeah..
Plus it is through Etrade (seller) which I find odd.
Possibly they had a fund that they are liquidating for and the trading desk is shorting around the position.
Essentially doubling the amount.
Either way it is just a weird pattern.
Right, o/s was in the 90 millions, but tradable float only 40 million, that's what I was referring to. Doesn't matter o/s if they aren't tradable
Good call, still a low o/s, that was immediately before their BK filing, I had been looking at Bloomberg but obviously not accurate.
Yeah those were the numbers as of the bk.
Shares Float
38,823,206
Total Shares Outstanding
92,735,910
Whatever changes they have made to it since, if any, aren't legal.
Do you know what the share structure was the day they filed BK ? Have you called the Secratary of State in which the company is domiciled to find out what the a/s and o/s is ?
I got this from that last 10Q they filed before they went BK.
The Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on June 16,2009, indicates there were 92,735,910 Shares outstanding as of June 9, 2009.
They're definitely shorting because the reported SHO volume every day has been extremely high per my prior postings.
