Are there other rumors. We know what they have put in the reports, but I have not heard about anything "on the horizon". Also, an idea of what they are going to do with the CA land and NV land would be a nice bit of info. They are in the process of starting to get income from the beach pebbles, so maybe that will sustain their cash needs for now. Any Comments??

This would be Monday and I expect all to have happened.

The company currently has 6 new projects in various stages of closing. We expect to close all 6 in the first quarter of 2012. Once closed these assets will add an additional estimated $17,000,000 in assets to the balance sheet. We expect to also realize a minimum of $200,000 in free cash-flow from these acquisitions.

They did file an 8-K recently. Would like to see 10-Q's and 10-K so they are fully reporting. I have no idea if/when they will do that.

I do have this on my watch list and noticed the Bid/Ask was up to 2.50 x 3.15 yesterday afternoon. There weren't any trades, but that is the highest I've seen the Ask since I started watching PLFF.

ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT.

On July 15, 2011, Orpheum Property, Inc. ("Orpheum" or the "Company") agreed to purchase 50% of Baja Coastal Properties ("Seller"), for $6,000,000, to be paid in shares of Orpheum's common stock. On January 12, 2012, the purchase agreement was amended and the parties agreed that Orpheum would purchase 50% of Baja Coastal Properties, and 50% of Pacific Beach Pebbles S. de R.L. de C.V. for $6,000,000, to be paid in shares of Orpheum common stock. The agreement also provided that the Seller will be issued additional shares of Orpheum common stock if in 240 days from January 12, 2012, Orpheum common stock is less than $0.15. Orpheum has also agreed that for 180 days from January 12, 2012, it will not dilute its shares except for the acquisition of immovable property, mineral rights, extraction and refinement, drilling and surface rights, building contracts and good will. If Orpheum dilutes its shares for any other reason it will be obligated to issue additional shares to Baja Coastal to compensate them for the difference.

The problem is the low volume. I would love to be able to sell all or most of my shares. When you sitting on very big gains it looks good on account balance but you can't cash out. So you take off profits whenever you can. Nobody is willing to buy shares in quantity at these prices. This stock is over 2000% in the last two months. So that 675 is pure profit.

By the way I did not sell today. Somebody undercut my ask.

Still pretty volitle when 300 shares drops it .49. Who would sell anyway, when it is only 675.00???? If anyone can tell me why someone would do this, I would be pleased to hear it. If it was 30000 shares, I could understand.
