Since January OROE has only traded 19 market days with very low, insignificant volumes. Then friday the manipulators ran the stock 617% and yesterday ran the stock another 147% on zero reasons other than amoral running a stock. It's plausible that company persons knew an SEC Suspension was imminent and ran the stock to unload as many shares as they could, which is so easy to do with the 'find-the-next-runner-and-who-gives-a-crap-if-it's-a-scam' mentality of OTC traders/players.

I watched this yesterday because of Fortune Stock Alerts, one of those "they get paid to promote a stock" sites. I saw it hit 40% from the opening. I also saw it drop to .24 and rebound again about 25% or so.

I didn't play this as I have been watching their last 5 alerts. So far they are 5 for 5, if you set a limit order and sell. I'm going to watch a few more trade suggestions of theirs.
