I am not sure burnt work with a few people who bought in at $2,50.
I just bought some yesterday at $0.26.
If it keeps falling, I will keep buying.
This company has everything including the government's pocket.
They are almost ready and as soon as they start producing, we will have this thing shoot like a rocket.
$ORT.TO $EORBF
How could it be the share's value have not yet exploded? Now they have the cash to build the rest of their HPA facility, they will generate millions of $... With at least 3T a day >> Moreless 1000T a year sold at an average amount of $120,000, they will have a turnover which represents 150% of the company's value...
I am in for the take-off...
Has someone an opinion?

excerpt: WWMRD? What would Marc Rich do?
Wash, rinse, repeat. This is the title of my post on Orbite's new dilution scheme, I mean financing scheme, at my blog.
http://orbitealum.blogspot.com/2013/06/wash-rinse-repeat.html
I was going to repeat what I said at SH about Glencore's takeover bid for Xstrata turning hostile at the end. I still believe if it comes, it will come from that direction.
Also let me remind all that Xstrata had long coveted Anglo-American and even offered a takeover merger of equals and was told to forget it. My guess is that the new Glencore Xstrata might very well amount a hostile bid for AA, which began in South Africa around the time of World War One- South Africa is the home of Glencore's CEO.
Such a takeover would make the new GX one of the largest, if not the largest mining concern in the world.
You may be aware that in 2007, Veolia Environmental Services management attempt to avoid hostile takeovers with a poison pill defense was voted down by the shareholders.
Veolia is not known for pursuing hostile takeovers.
Glad to see some of the stock house posters here. Welcome aboard. Pretty bad what they did to the stock house board
What would be the chances of a hostile take over of this company?
It's starting to sink in.
That Orbite is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
It all boils down to money and she is almost out. I am starting to agree with those that believe this is the moment for this company and our investment. They need to get financing asap and tell us about it.
And we won't like what's coming but will have no alternative but to hunker down and take it.
Times are hard for juniors looking for funding. Especially those that are in their predicament due to management missteps. The money men aren't stupid, Orbite management blew it once and could do it again and there would go the chance to get their money back.
Don't forget that the contractor needs his 10 million bucks pretty quick, the easy fix would be for Orbite to pay him off in shares and conserve the cash. Not saying that's what will happen, just pointing out the possibility.
Speculation regarding Veolia or Glencore or Rusal stepping up and providing some sort of funding I believe is a pipedream. The big boys would've stepped up around AGM time, they know how the game is played and they didn't.
Has it sunk in yet that all these MOU's and Offtake Agreements are long term and that we have a funding issue right now? Where is their interest? Show us the money! No money, no interest in helping Orbite out of its' self inflicted jam that it is in- that's how I see it.
The old adage that cash talks and bullsh-- walks still applies today. I am seeing a whole lot of cow patties piling up at Orbite's door.
Orbite has this revolutionary technology that as we have found out is going to take real money to bring online. Orbite barely has two nickels to rub together and with current financing for juniors being so hard to get, it don't look good.
Dilution is starting to look like the only way to go.
Put yourself in Mr. Kelly's shoes for a moment. You have looked under the curtain and believe in the technology and want to see it work. But you've been in the business for decades working with big names and big companies, and now you are with this little startup that ain't got a pot to pi-- in or a window to toss it out of, what do you do for money? Everything costs big bucks, everything. You need the money now, you know from past experience that bird in hand means something. You don't need these industry giants pi--ing on your back and telling you that it is raining outside. You are going to have to go the dilution route to get the money now because you know that going hat in hand to the big industry boys now would have the same effect as dumping a jug of blood in a shark tank. You would be taken out.
I don't think there is any doubt that dilution is coming. It is the only way to get the needed capital without throwing yourselves at the mercy of the wolves.
It allows the company to live to fight another day.

The format here is more like we are used to over at the old stockhouse.
I hope a bunch of the regulars show up and start posting.
I feel kind of naked with no discussions to read!
Sure hope so. The shock of it all has knocked the wind out of my sails for sure.
Some might say that's a good thing
Thanks Morongobill. Maybe this will work out ok for our new home.
Thanks upndown77, and welcome.
Fyi, rockton has also pointed out another new forum that is getting some members as well at the link below:

Bill, thank you for directing me to this site. I'm wondering if the limits on free posts may be a good thing in that it will discourage rude, frivilous, nasty, and ad hominem posts. I'm prepared to give it a try for a while.
I have put up a post at my blog regarding the SH move to change their forums. It is not for the delicate of nature.

Better than Stockhouse!
Welcome to what I feel will be our new forum driftwood57!
I was hoping that you would come over and give it a try.
There are so many good people at the old forum, a nucleus of talented writers and traders and investors that I hope will not blow away with the wind and all coalesce here or at another site that we all know about.
EORBF dropping, down 7.2% this morning.
On very light volume, this is the way it usually is for the US version, wonder if the ORT will go down in unison, if they can work it down also.
This also posted over at the old SH forum.
Hi morongobill,,, I figured I would give it a try.
Welcome Stockhouse ORT Bullboard refugees!
Welcome to what I hope will be your new home, at least until they decide to do just like Stockhouse and scr-- up a perfectly good forum. Hopefully we can all just migrate over here and learn the new system and start all over.
Orbite is one of my main holdings. I post on the Value Microcaps Junior Miners board and we discuss Orbite over there. Don't think many American investors know about Orbite and it's potentially disruptive technology in alumina, rare earths and tailings remediation.
Here is the link to the VMC Junior Miners board:

Good luck and congrats if you've been holding lately.
