I am positive PhoneGuard/OPMG would LOVE Justin Bieber to talk about the product all the time. Justin is 'managed'..contracted and scripted to what he says on any program. He can't talk about PhoneGuard unless he is specifically promoting it.. at that time.
His music is front and foremost.. the most important product he is selling. That's where his loyalties lie.
He is still the spokesperson for PhoneGuard. When they are ready for him to speak about PG.. the world will know.
It's pretty comical on here to act like everything is PhoneGuard or OPMG's fault... if Bieb's doesn't speak about it on every appearance. LOL..
From what we were told last year.. Justin would be promoting it on his 2012 Summer Tour. Geez guys.. his summer tour hasn't started yet. When it does.. he will talk about Anti-texting and Driving. And what banner will be visible to all???

Why would anyone want to compete with PhoneGuard at this April 28th event? PhoneGuard is sponsoring it and Justin Bieber (whether he is there in person.. or not) is our spokesperson. No other anti-texting app can compete with PhoneGuard. If another app was there trying to compete.. we (PhoneGuard) would blow them out of the water. PhoneGuard will be there and will take a stand on Anti-Texting and Driving.
Where do you think this kid got the idea? He stated in his PR that he saw it on the Today Show. And guess who was on the Today Show promoting the anti-texting and driving app? Scott Frohman. Let's not underestimate Scott Frohman and Keith St. Clair. If they are not talking.. there is a damn good reason. And we will all know what it is .. soon enough.

MOTOROLA does not have a collaboration agreement with OPMG, and as a Billion Dollar Company, I am sure if all the above posts are "accurate", then they will be pushing some of their products, possibly even the one below, or others, if they have them. Large corporations usually capitalize on National Events like this concert.

It was a question. Another words, they would be invited, not come in with a take over(Moto). Ask to sponsor or endorse, not demand they do. And that would allow PhoneGuard to say yes or no, and let them know what is allowed. It is PhoneGuards BluePrint. Planned and attached with the companies named above to only name afew. Motorola has boots on the ground looking for events to take over, doesn't happen. Negotiations. Just as easy to get Verizon.

Good post, but I encourage you to share this type of "DD" on the board with everyone when you receive it. Or at least put me on your private list. As an investor I think it's better to look out for each other and share the facts than to pump a stock in order to get out of a position at another's expense. If any other apps are highlighted at this event I will dump my entire position immediately. Sharing a stage with a competitor one is not doing business with is poor business judgement. I'd be shocked and appalled if PhoneGuard was that dumb. Was something you hear or something you have seen?

That is NOT a contractual endorsement between Motorola and Phoneguard.
