We do have the lineup and been asked not to release till Monday through cooperative national radio. In respect of the request thereof we will not describe artists attached until such is announced to the public via the radio teaser leading to the announcement officially.

I agree with Stocker3. It is not disturbing at all. I also have never heard of Izup/Illume Software until news of a merger. As minimal as PhoneGuard's marketing has been, I have yet to see a different app that has market MORE than PhoneGuard. The one who markets the most will be the winner, and so far PhoneGuard has the most (I admit, it is not much yet).

BUT...and I do mean but, let's not forget; Bieber's involvement will get fired up "during the release of his new album and throughout his summer tour" per St. Clair in the CC. He did firmly state that Bieber is only a part of the marketing. Bieber's new album is around the corner. We will need to wait and see what happens before we draw any conclusions. TWO main menu items work when you on them: "the Cause" and "National Fundraiser". The submenu items do not work yet because they are not done with those pages yet. I haven't looked at this site before today so I don't know what was on there before compared to now. But what I do know is that, like PhoneGuard.com once was, this site is still being developed. I'm sure it will be more complete with info in the next few days.

Doesn't disturb me at all. PhoneGuard will be the solution for Anti-Texting and Driving. I never heard of Illume until OPMG was looking into acquiring it. Doesn't matter what is on IZup's site. If no one knows to look there.. no one will know they exist. If a client wants to purchase IZup.. chances are they will go through PhoneGuard.
I don't think either company has updated their websites after the 'non-acquisition'. I think they are still in talks. IMO.
PhoneGuard will be the #1 Solution.

Dilution. Maybe.. maybe not. We don't have proof.
No marketing firm. I am sure they are in the process of signing a new marketing firm. We don't have any proof or details what happened with Zimmerman. It could have been because of the acquisition timing. The company can re-hire them. Or hire a new firm.
Failed merger. It wasn't a failure. We have partnered with them by licensing IZup.(for enterprise) = Revenues without giving 40% of our shares to them.

No newsletter. False. We got a newsletter Jan. Feb. Mar. and I am sure we will see a newsletter soon.

PhoneGuard IS a product that works. You can download the app on the PhoneGuard site. They (OPMG) need to get the word out to the public. And that's coming. We were stalled a bit because of the acquisition of Illume. Now that we have the licensing for IZup... We will see revenue by year's end. IMO.

If people make comparisons to other investments in start-ups they have made, assuming those in OPMG have, it's more of the same.

Buying shares in a company that has no revs, product not out yet, pretty much forced OPMG to print shares as the only source of income.

I knew this going in and took the plunge.

Lulls between PR's drives people mad...lol...stepping away now and then helps.

Predictions of PR's this day, that day, next week etc will not make them come any sooner.

If anyone's time line is an immediate return, IMO it won't happen here. IMO, give it till years end.
