In a strategic move to prepare for wholesale distribution of its award winning craft beer, Boone, NC-based Appalachian Mountain Brewery announced today it entered into a letter of intent to acquire North Carolina Natural Energy, Inc., a publicly traded company, (OTC:NCNE). North Carolina Natural Energy, Inc., a Florida Corporation headquartered in the foothills of NC will change its name to Appalachian Mountain Brewery Inc. and begin trading as a craft brewery. Terms have been agreed upon and approved by both parties with closing expected before year end.
North Carolina Natural Energy, Inc. provides a wholesale liquor, beer and wine license with US Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB.gov) as well as access to the public markets including a sophisticated shareholder group. Notably, one of NCNE's shareholders, Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:HOTR) and its CEO Mike Pruitt, played a key advisory role in facilitating this combination. "Sean and his team have created international award-winning craft beers that are gaining brand recognition throughout our region. We look forward to showcasing AMB's craft beers in our restaurants and assisting in its regional distribution. Our Company will continue to assist AMB in its growth and expansion to becoming a global brand," Mike Pruitt commented.
Sean Spiegelman, founder of Appalachian Mountain Brewery will be appointed CEO of the publicly traded company and continue to manage the brewery by offering a unique experience through community stewardship and environmental sustainability as a core part of the business. The brewery's modern equipment utilizes American Made JV Northwest Brewing equipment, a 5KW array of solar panels to offset electricity along with a recapturing system to save water in the brew process. In keeping with the brewery's sustainable mission to reduce, reuse and recycle, AMB has a grain exchange program whereby all spent grain is donated to local farms. AMB also has a "Pints For Non-Profits Program," whereby a portion of proceeds from each beer sold is donated to local non-profit organizations.
Damn who owns this deadbeat ticker? Tickle, the genius moonshiner who decided being on TV is neat?
Where exactly is the ATF? Why can they not locate Mr. Tickle? The idiot is on TV and surely with all the revenuers we taxpayers are keepin on the dole 1 of them would be able to recognize where Mr. Tickle has his "Store".
dam all this ceo does is reverse split this POS I'm taking this off my watch list
i haven't heard anything about that, but i don't keep up much on this. with every r/s they change the symbol and name. i've never bought back into this thing as long as the same people run it. as it stands right now, it would need to get a $12,500.00 pps for me to break even :/
My Stock broker Scottrade told me NCNE went to NCNED then went to NECA yet I still find NCNED.
I still find North Carolina Natural Energy, Inc. on the internet and NASDAQ still has it listed as NCNED - Scottrade transfered my stock to NECA
Is this this correct? Does this help anyone?
i been wit tree r/s wif dis stock
how many R/S u been through wit this stock
after the many r/s here, i'll now have less than one share. :/
WOW News Came ..... Reverse Split.....
another one! really 10 b a/s and I am sure it won't be split this time either. wow
Certainly..... But who knows. They max out the AS, issued 9 billion shares... For what.?
5000/1 @ .0001 = 50 cents/share
For a brief moment, before the plunge......LOL.
that is placed at the end of the symbol because it's a new issue or in this case a R/S of a stock; will be removed after 20 days
whats the D mean?
another R/S, this thing is a pos:

Hello Mr. Walker
Well the new year is apon us (Happy New Year), just checking in for any updates you can share.
the chance we take here in pinks i guess so if i dont make any$$ im not out much..
good luck boomer. I lost all of my investment here from before the company changed its name to NCNE and did a split that made my shares worthless. Needless to say im no Clint Walker fan. He has done this 4 or 5 times now...
just bought 90000 see what happens here...
Any response from Mr. Walker? Thanks
I'll email Clint Walker and report back if I get a reply.
Got a bid, wonder if she is setting up for a move or if its just MMs trying to drum up interest to sell more shares
Is this one dead in the water? I am a shareholder but rarely post here. Im not too fond of Mr Walker and they way he does business with my money. I sure hope he hasnt started another company but I fear that he has or will.
Please dont buy into any operation clint walker is into. I have done it before, he dilutes until the stock price is .0001 and then starts another fake company. Still its your choice. I lost all of my investment with him. Do your own research and make your own decisions. I hope this helps.
4.6 m vol makes me wonder, so iam holding onto mine til news breaks then I'll pick up more.
4.6 mm volume....something brewing? Or just someone is positioning for future....
Does anybody remember the partnership back in july, do the math ncne is entitled to at least $400 million from that. Expecting huge pr round the first of the year. Big things are coming if you hang on for the ride. Do your DD.
News will come it a matter of time ..... Penny come and go all the time load up and when it pops be ready.....
Not sure, the last i heard, a few months as of the first of October, or even a little longer.
Anyone know when this is suppose to happen?
Reply from Clayton said OTC is current.
