I am guessing div related. But, if there is any action with North Korea, all the military contractors will shoot up. Someone has been accumulating around the $1 mark. Has a ton of potential, with a sweet div to boot.

warrant price .30
warrants have a declared div of .06 during the nest 3 Quarters.
If the common went to $2.00 during the next two year(opxs currently $1)
the warrants would go to at least .80
the common would 100% move
the warrant would be almost 200%

The warrants are not callable and only 4 million of them. A true prize with a great yield .30 with a .06 div is around 18% yield (it was higher because they already paid the first .02
