I love the OTC, all the screwups, bad traders, and frauds all converge on a non-market that is so manipulated the MM's can't figure out who is screwing the other. Take -Opti for instance, you have a rooster that claims he can fly saying on twitter he made 600k since July by buying this stock at .0002 and selling at .0004. That's 6 Billion shares traded without fee's and taxes. The brokers can't seem to find the volume which is why they can't quote the stock correctly on the sheets which is why my statement always reads incorrectly and then they have to correct it. I should buy 100 million more for for just kicks and entertainment.

Thanks for the info, Older. Just FYI, a case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court, ever. No, I don't think it was an "out-of-court" settlement because if it was, a Settlement Agreement would have been filed outlining the terms of the settlement and signed by both parties, not a "Request for Dismissal with Prejudice".

Whatever happened, this case is over and done with, once and for all, and can NEVER be refiled again in any court, ever.

The Bistro 7 LLC would have been used to launder money. Looks like that case was brought by a bunch of employees that was working for him at that restaurant, 19 plus employees. The complaint is 9 bucks to download. I'm not going to get that one. I know what it is. They didn't get paid after repeated lies that they would and likely worked for many weeks without pay.

Oh, I don't know. At one point, OPTI reached over 35 cents a share. And if you owned just 500,000 shares at a cost basis of one penny (like I did) then a $5,000 investment in OPTI paid off to the tune of over $175,000, minus, of course, your cost basis and what the Fed was owed.

Hell, right now, you could put in a buy order for 500,000 shares at $.0003 and that order would fill. Your net investment would be 150 bucks. Imagine bragging that you turned 150 bucks into over ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!

Hell, a good bottle of wine costs more that 150 bucks. I think I'm gonna skip the wine tonight, buy some shares of OPTI, and see if I can make the same kind of money this time as I did last time!

In case I confused anyone by quoting Brett in post #89567, here is the full text from a 5/27/2023 screenshot of Brett’s message, re: his lawsuit against Roger & OPTI:

“He didn’t show up and we got a default judgment. Basically we won and now we will have to see what the judgment will be.”

Instead of using the legal term “default judgment”, Brett should have said that Roger defaulted by not showing up.

Brett correctly said that he’ll have to wait for a judgment. (That should come after his lawyers submit a request for a default judgment.)
