OTCM has pretty clear-cut rules for when to move delinquent-filers to EM.

You continue to address me, a well-known basher of $ONCI and many other scams, but I'm not a guy who does those things so I'm a little confused.

I've never pumped anything, but knowing an OTC is a scam doesn't prevent me from taking a position when its being successfully run.

Tweets & filings are considered open-communication between company & investors.

Scams pay-out when positions are effectively monetized during pumps.

It's amazing how many folks fall into traps of believing the pump and continuing to hold throughout tops & downtrends... always believing, always bag-holding when the game is over.
