Price reset today to equate to the offering share price. Volume is already over 13 million and we arent even 1 hour into the trading day. Hopefully $ocgn will pick back up where it left off yesterday very soon.

Investors taking initial positions during the offering are far better than those who bought an held in the mid range price of 10/12 as you can see, although cost averaging can lower your average pps. If they nail the science on the covid vaccine, i would say a price target of 9/10 is fair based on average sales, imo

No, its not good at all. Small bio's do this all the time to stay afloat an continue operations. Recovery is usually slow on the share price unless a positive event happens soon after.

Not a huge deal imo. Compared to todays volume and news, this amount of dilution should be fully absorbed tomorrow...then up she goes. It basically gives short sellers a 2nd chance to cover at this level if they didnt do so today.

I could be wrong and often am but I think the news on the FDA front overwhelms the selling on the companies part.

If I am reading this right and this offering of common stock for 53 1/2 million dollars in exchange for 15+ or minus million shares were talking $3.34 a share…less a lot of different expenses to be paid by Ocugen…which leads me to believe they’re selling for less than three dollars a share. could anyone with knowledge confirm this and if that’s the case this doesn’t seem good at all

AMEX(Hedge) just posted $12 for OCGN in L2's - Was that a frustration # or was that them saying they won't sell until it hits $12.


Either way something much larger is going on and I have a feeling a lot of sellers today and any short / hedge is about to get burned real bad.

also it sucks for the CEO because he sold the day before but OCGN was not the reason for the news it was the FDA itself saying they are allowing the studies in the USA. So OCGN just retweeted it or mentioned it in a news release. Shank could have made another few hundred grand but... he will in 3 months
