Not sure if they have the same tax liability for short vs long term holding but would make a difference for personal holdings.

What I don’t understand is that the company never really dumped a lot of shares after the reverse split. Why go through the whole process with the shell and the split? Only have a tiny bit. Is there any reason at all to hold this past next week?

Great news to see the update post on the OTC site, they are really slow and difficult to work with from what I have seen. They still have a few typos but it is not a big deal. I am just happy to see that the site has been updated.

The latest information is we are waiting on information to be transferred from the previous council to the new. OTC logons have been received and updates are starting to appear.

Anthea is operating, products are available and selling, new information, new marketing agreements and hopefully new acquisitions are coming.

For those that have been spewing misinformation the OTC now clearly indicates the officers. Like I have always said, Naveen and Sam.

No hype, no pump, OBCN will be worth what Sam has brought to the table. Revenues will determine where we go.
