60k here. I’m holding as well. I don’t worry this is a scam. I think the lack of pump and dump activity shows they are not trying to make a quick exit. I think they have adequate general business acumen. But related to being public they are complete morons. Doki tossed them the keys to the shell and they have been fumbling for months. Thanks for the email from Liz. That is about everything I got from her except for the preferred share conversion. Wow! Now that is information. Articles of Inc. showed 100,000,000 preferred shares could be issued, and with no conversation ratio, is too good to be true my friend. I thought 1 to 100 and 1 to 1000 per share conversion were pretty good, but this is unbelievable.

No wonder XU and others were chasing the CLSI shell. Unless I am reading this wrong, do you realize the size of companies, and the number of companies that can be purchased with an unlimited amount of shares???? Please wake me up.....

Like I said before , (IMO), This little Indian company could be unthinkable, and unstoppable. No wonder the Doki's have 25-50+ companies being developed. Please wake me up.....

I can only suspect that the delays are due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by Obocon. OTC can only act on the info they are given. Sucks, but at least there's no indication the company is not proceeding with their plans to be a public company and grow their business. I see no reason to bail on it after all this time. Just a waiting for now.

We contacted OTC Markets to find out the status of our OTCIQ Access. They are halfway through the review process. We understand that this may be frustrating to shareholders and kindly ask for patience. $OBCN


Last word was over a month ago. I received a reply from Preya the other day, no change waiting on slow process.

"....We are experiencing huge delays with Obocon and are stuck in a holding pattern for now."

Very quiet here as we wait for, news, OTC, filings. The momentum is gone and with it the momentum traders, day traders. Left are the bag holders, stubborn old longs and remnants from CLSI.

Sam Mathew is still running Obocon, Anthea continues to sell product and working on new marketing agreements. There is still an small undisclosed new acquisition.

We have been told that nothing will be released or announced until the OTC issues are resolved. I just checked and the OTC website has not been updated to remove the stop sign or dark classification.

There have been some changes. The transfer agent has been updated, some of the share structure information updated, it now shows "Not Available" for held at DTC. Small slow changes.

The company profile still needs to be updated and financials need to be filed but as we all know we are waiting on a very slow process. No news just posting that a few longs are still around.

The only deviation I made was to help you "TRY NOT TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES AGAIN", because it would help other boards and its posters so they would not have to watch and listen to your very, very painful exits.

It appears you were not open to receiving any suggestion of help in someone trying to help you. Playing another penny stock or any stock for that matter, will be no remedy for your questionable stock strategies.... JMHO

I have been doing this for 30 years and was a Stockbroker with Merrill. What works for you does not work for everyone else. Many like myself do in fact ride things too much. I admit it. I had gains in things only to lose them by holding too long. This stock has killed me. 60% loss! I see nothing going forward at present. I thought when they changed name it would move, same with the RS. Nothing but stagnant. I’m finally admitting loss and moving on. Your lectures ar3 not appreciated. JMHO
