They will get warrants if this is still correct. Restructuring just got court approval.

If you are referring to the proxy vote........it makes little to no difference here. That was all put together before the downlisting.......and in no way mean to sound crude but it's mostly just a procedural necessity the company is going to do what they want anyway. Here holding my on pile of shares so we will see as this all develops. Definitely something going on in the background! GLTA!!

no, I bought oas, in the nasdaq. I guess at the close of the day, it became oaspq, which was when I asked the question about when the bankruptcy was.

The truth is that I bought on the Friday before the close at 0.15, because the graph at 4h showed a great accumulation, and many sales of weak hands. a brutality. but i didn't read in time about bk coming already.
anyway I was able to sell half today at 0.145 and tomorrow I will buy back again. I hope it breaks the 0.15 zone.. Interesting close action. A lot of buys, as you said

This had to have been heavily shorted and many shorts don't think they have to cover since bankruptcy should mean the common stock goes to zero. HOWEVER, the trend lately is a hefty pop which forces a short squeeze. We've seen it happen many times. Not sure it will happen here, but it's a possibility.

Currently glad to see oaspq trading/ so under the new ticker symbol those that sold and repurchased are beyond the hang up of warrant value and repurchase..
now we have an OAS group with 1.8 billion less in debt . and 300million in cash to continue running there business operations .
Chart says low here at a low of .07 today to 40.00 over the last 5 years .
