FIGP: More pricy new one today @ $10.54, have not bothered to look into this one too much though as I rarely buy anything OTC that starts trading over about $3.00.

YCQH: .15, Chinese, GLED, this ones new this month and cheap, only traded a couple times thus far but I don't really care for the share structure personally at that price. 101M o/s 20M unrestricted, 600K held @ DTC. Does have MM SPLN on it as well, which is somewhat interesting to me but not sure it's enough to pay .15.

Even for GLED .20-.30 range seems like a pretty fair starting price with that share structure IMO, especially if it is a RM vehicle, which it could be...hard to say though.
BRWC: First trade today @ .21, GLED, Malaysian, 5M o/s, 1.4M float, 320K held @ DTC.
Don't really see much info on this company, has an odd website URL, not sure if it's a RM vehicle or what exactly, looks more like a shell to me IDK.

Another huge trade this AM, 636K @ .045.
IDK but those are almost certainly prearranged trades, they got 400K yesterday and 600K today @ .045. I tried to buy a few both days but no luck, you got to be quick in the AM but as soon as I tried they were gone.

Hmmm interesting. I wonder what is going on with this one. Maybe a promo coming perhaps? lol
Been watching this one really close. Paul is not moving his bid up. This is a stand off between him and M.M. CSTI.
SVMB: Highly unusual trade activity on this ticker the last couple of days, including a $27K dollar trade today(600K @ .045), does not look suspicious at all.....lol.
Looks like they came back with 3K @ $3.00 on the ASK, I have not bought any yet though, this is one I'm probably going to need to see what the change of control or merger is first before buying.
I see M.M. Paul is now on the high bid. Curious to see if any more shares appear on the ask.
Seed investors paid .10 and already trying to sell @ .11 two months into it starting to trade, that's crazy, you don't see that very often. It could be they just keep lowering the ASK trying to get volume.....but the price is not the problem, it's already dirt cheap. In fact, I'd say its one of the cheapest new issues I've ever seen, or can recall off the top of my head, with that kind of share structure in several years.
I don't know what to make of it, its not good though, I would not say its the biggest turd of 2022 yet, that illustrious title goes to ACUT and SVMB....lol....but it's close. Has to be at least one good run there I'd think but I sure as in hell would not want to be holding a year from now, if it's already looking like shite.
Does look quite similar to those foreign CSTI shells but those rarely ever many to buy early on, usually like 2500 or less and the tickers moved quickly in small increments....they all traded similarly.....the trading on this one looks a bit different to me but I'm sure the ultimate outcome will be the same.....reverse merger (w/ possible promo).
Looks like Borisi only holds 54% of the o/s (3.2M shares), so floats probably 2.7M but that's not always a 100% accurate way of calculating the float though.
Yeah I've been watching DPUI. I haven't bought yet. I see the ask is stacking up. I agree with you the seed investors looking to sell and break even. PAUL ticker was almost a sure thing in the past. I'm watching MC_LE looks like Paul backed off the bid.
Doesn't look like he has many shares to sell on the ask. CSTI looks to be the seller here. I wish it started at a lower price. I saw OTCX on the ask at $2.00 for a bit. Looks like the old CSTI foreign tickers that were coming out before. Do you have any Idea what the float is on MC_LE?
PAUL on new issue has lost a bit of their reputation, or luster if you will, for me personally as DPUI has looked really weak thus far....granted there is still plenty of time, it could do something, however, the seed investors look like morons there, they are already whacking the bid and trying to undercut PAUL and sell @ .11.... which would be barely breaking even for them. Selling into weakness is pretty stupid really, its like shooting yourself in the foot, just does not seem like the typical PAUL ticker there. I've been banging the drum on new PAUL tickers for years, there was bound to be a loser eventually......maybe this is finally it. :shrugs:
MCLE: Trading today @ $2.50, looks like a mysterious shell type out of Eastern Europe(Georgia), 5.9M o/s unknown float.....probably an RM vehicle, often the type of new issues you see promos on......not sure I want to risk it at that price though. Does have PAUL on it but not on top the bid....idk.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MCLE/profile
Personally I think its a good sign to see an institutional MM on the bid, especially INTL or PAUL but only if they are on top the bid, otherwise I don't get that excited really. If/when they move to the top of the bid, that's when I start paying closer attention, as their algorithm is seeing or anticipating orders coming in.
Yeah I was surprised to see CDEL move up so quick. He must not have many shares for sale. What are your thoughts on the Market Maker INTL? I see him on the bid, on a few stocks i am watching, He is not on the ask. it caught my attention.
Thanks
Nice, wish I was going...! Banff National Park is on my travel bucket list someday, along with a trip to Glacier National Park and drive the Going To The Sun Road, I could use a break myself but the current state of everything is not really conducive to traveling for me right now.
Well in your world that is probably what you would expect:
I see young companies trying to be a part of a larger economy: I put faith in people not pumpers or lack of the same:
Not watching little green and red numbers all day gives me the opportunity to go here for the next three weeks: let me know how things are when I return.
Folks always use the word 'pumper' with a negative connotation, I personally do not think of it that way, I see pretty much everyone(paid or otherwise) Twitter, iHub, etc, etc posting about stocks as a pumpers, just some have different styles and degrees of pumping....... and trading.....not every pumper is a pure pumper and dumper type.... yes some are but not all.
Pumpers and dumpers are the ones that get folks ire but I personally see them as a necessary evil, they still generate awareness and volume and bring in some longer term traders......which is vital to OTC trading in general, big boards obviously have tons of pumpers as well........... but for the OTC it's an absolute necessity.
People buy thinly traded OTC stocks and think they will magically go up on their own, with no effort on their part, this type of thinking is not a way to success in OTC trading.....it takes teamwork, not just $$$'s. If someone does not have the time and can only contribute buy buying, thats OK..... but people that buy and let everyone else do the work and try and generate awareness, screw that.
I wish the days of grassroots type awareness were still around, where you had at least a few folks doing DD and discussing stocks here on iHub.
We were driven off for being successful, stock promoters and pumpers on this board system did not like being exposed by those making bank and proving it.
Combine that with a management staff that is uneducated in the subject but still using their overlord mentality to control and dictate and poof: you end up with a ghost town.
When I left I took 30 people with me to another board, when hdogtx left he took over 200 members, his message system he built is twice as busy as this one, and that's where you go if you play momentum:
Yeah, I remember those days as well.
I think there are too many options now. Crypto was great initially because it drew in more people, but now the possibilities are too infinite.
Can't get people focused anymore
Even low float RM's don't seem to be getting as much interest as usual , at least not without some pumpers to generate awareness....seems like the days where folks instantly jumped all over every 8K showing a change of control, merger, acquisition, etc are over for now.
I wish the days of grassroots type awareness were still around, where you had at least a few folks doing DD and discussing stocks here on iHub. ALPP was a good example of that, I was the first poster on that board, it was illiquid, there were like 3 or 4 of us there but then it slowly grew, the stock started to take off, the board became one of iHubs most posted and it went on that massive run....you don't see that anymore.
Yeah, a bit surprised CDEL moved up so quickly on just 3K shares traded. 20K held at DTC so should be more available to trade....granted not much... but to already move to $4+, given that we have no clue what's going on with it seems high.
I can't even remember the last time just CDEL was the only MM on a new issue, its been awhile.
I like the odds on this one. Good share structure. They have a good history of making things happen. I only wish I could have bought more. I only got a few.
Good morning. That makes sense.
I am overbought because of the bear market -- so not picking up much at the moment.
But it does seem like the clean micro-float shells are one of the few things left to make big multiples.
Appreciate your word of caution to not just buy anything with a super low float.
Yeah, at this point Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos could buy it....and it still would not get any interest from iHub unless it had some big pumpers on it....lol.
Got too choose carefully what you buy any longer, I pulled many of my bids, I use to just acquire anything thinly traded with a good share structure but no more.......now I'm stuck with a lot of stuff that may never move, especially Chinese shite....and cant sell other than for a loss.....and its not going to get better anytime soon.
This is one that is a worthy gamble IMO.
Oh Nice. Hopefully he has something good in store for it. We need to have some good mergers on the OTC, to spark some interest in these types of stocks lol. Looks like CDEL didn't have to many shares to sell.
He was able to exit shell company status when he entered into those two consultant agreements, so I think he's prepping it for a merger. I just pray its not something Chinese, those are just horrible right now, seems like no one is touching those with a 10ft pole.
Looks like amount held at DTC is 20k.
The Company generated revenues of $30,000 and $0 for the three months ended January 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively. $120k for the year,
I am not sure how they are generating revenues? According to the latest 10-K they have revenues. They are not considered a shell stock according to the OTC Markets Profile Page.
I picked up some shares today. Looks interesting. I am sure this will be used for some type of R/M. Not many available. Curious to see if CDEL comes back with more shares. All buys were at the ask.
YJGJ: Trading today @ $1.01, 5.8M o/s 800K float. Barry Sytner owns this one so probably be used in a RM IMO.
Betty and Barry Sytner have had some interesting RM's in the past, ABVC which went to NASDAQ, Infinity Oil & Gas which merged with Ignyta Inc went to NASDAQ and was bought out by Roche AG for $1.7 billion dollars and Tri-Mark MFG which merged with 5to1 Holding Corp, who was then acquired by Yahoo.

I am not a big fan of these trusts. A friend of mine told me to be careful with these. I followed the last one ODOT and it has only gone down in price.
I still prefer my old shell stocks and new good share structure IPO's lol. Still looking for some new ones.
YT_FD just put out an 8-K

Looks like something is in the works here. They only get their money back after they finalize a transaction.
Several new ones this week, all Grayscale trusts, as usual do your own DD.

If you still own shares in YT__FD. Looks like one of the market makers is short and needs shares. Highest Bid I've seen on the stock.
I have been watching the bid closely.
I believe 10-Q should be out any day. I am hoping for some updates soon.

Have a good weekend.
I've been wanting to get rid of Netflix since they raised their prices this last time. Netflix paid an outrageous $25M to Jennifer Lawrence and $30M to that man child, Leo DiCaprio, to make that awful turd of a movie 'Don't Look Up'.....then sent out a email pretty much right afterwards crying that they needed to raise their rates so they could keep bringing us 'quality' content.....making the subscribers pay for their fiscal irresponsibility.
Which is basically what's going on with the country right now, we are paying the price for the fiscal irresponsibility of the Biden administration.
The feature I use most is the toplists for trade ideas.
I gave up my paid subscription for years but when they added the toplist stuff I decided $120 a year ain't that hard to absorb.
I only subscribe to Netflix when there are a things my wife and I want to watch and can't watch anywhere else for free - I dumped cable years and years ago. For network TV I use USTVGO.tv and has most everything I watch anyway, then for movies I have PrimeVideo and the one I like the most IMDB. All I pay is my $50/mo for internet.
I feel for those that are now having to make choices as to what they must give up to try to get thru the Biden carnage to come.
Atlas Shrugged is the perfect read to read now - you can actually see the shit Ayn Rand was writing about all those years ago, scary accurate.
I like being able to PM but it's not that critical really, I can just do it during Happy Hour. Plus its time to start making a few unnecessary budget cuts, so iHub and Netflix are the first causalities for me.....lol.
The day I realized iHub actively protects certain pumpers, agitators and clowns, (or as they call them "grandfathered individuals") is the day I decided to not give iHub one penny more.
If you use mid-grade or premium gas, probably less than 2 gallons. Very sad!
Went back to a Free iHub account today, no sense in paying $13 bucks a month for the ability to PM, I can buy 2 gallons of gas for that instead, which would probably be money better spent, given that there is nothing to really talk about right now beyond everything is shite.....lol.
Nice. I sold some of mine to. I still have some I am holding and hoping for the best. Hoping to see an update soon.
I remember last time inflation was this high in the 80s, gas prices were some of the cheapest in the country where I lived but when it went over $1.00 a gallon it was rough....! I had a $6.00 an hour job and a gas guzzling '79 Camaro, so use it put it in neutral and coast downhill to try and save gas.......lol.....don't know if it worked but it did in my mind at the time, had to try and do something.
Things did suck at that time but nothing even remotely close to this extent for me personally, everything is just miserable right now.
Yeah, finally sold my GPLB a little while back, I don't know why its moving but it's been really good. Have to take profits now when you see them though, especially on thinly traded tickers, who knows when the opportunities will present themselves again.
I guess with the prices of everything going up, gas, rent, houses, cars, food, etc, etc....most folks just don't have the extra funds to gamble on POS penny stocks any more.
He was @ .10 then got whacked for a couple thousand shares and moved down to .01. I grabbed some, I think I've now been in 12 new issue PAUL tickers, made $$$ on 11 of them and broke even on the other.....it did not matter what the company was, shell, startup, etc....so I figured it was worth a gamble. Maybe this will be the first loser though....I would not think so with that ss but never know in this market......lol.
I mean logically you would not think it would get dumped under .10, at least this early, as most of the original buyers would be selling for a loss.....and PAUL's arrival likely indicating volume coming via promo or some sort of 'awareness' seems like a worth gamble IMO.
But again this market is unprecedented.
Yeah I agree with you lol. During Covid at least people were trading stocks. Gas was cheap. Right now the stock market is a tuff one to grasp Inflation it out of control. I always hate buying stocks on the way down. They might look like a good deal. Then they keep falling. By the way have you looked at GP__LB lately? It keeps going up slowly. That one has been a total sleeper.
I was gone for most of the day. I did see Paul on the Ask at .13 cents, and GLED at .17 cents. Was Paul on the bid to? I'm really surprised that Paul is on this one lol.
Thanks.
