Out of the past 3 years, ONTV filed 2 times on Feb. 14th and 1 time on the 17th so it could be as early as this coming Monday.

Buyer cleared out .08 offers, but not much of bid support after that.

At a .40 fair value (in my mind), I guess the spread at this price level shouldn't matter.

ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

In December 2001, the Company initiated a lawsuit against Airborne Express, seeking damages of $2,000,000 to recover losses to the Company resulting from delivery services that were allegedly supplied by Airborne as a shipper of the Company's products. In its lawsuit the Company claims that Airborne failed to timely deliver products to the Company's customers and failed to implement a package tracking system it had designed for the Company. Losses to the Company may have occurred due to duplicate shipments and consulting time expenses, as well as damage to the Company's reputation.

In January 2002, Airborne filed a counter claim against the Company in the amount of $20,000 to recover charges for delivery services that may have been provided. Although the Company intends to challenge Airborne's claim, the amounts claimed by Airborne have been reflected on the Company's financial statements.

As of September 30, 2004 the Company's litigation with Airborne is still pending.

The sacrifice by the CEO is pretty interesting in this day and age of corporate greed. Seems to be putting shareholders first. Hopefully we all get rewarded. Capital structure is amazing for a .04 stock.

I think that ONTV is a very good mid-long term play.

I don't think it will go un-noticed down here for long with given both the sector and the revenue growth. It'll be interesting to see the numbers that they come out with from the holiday season. My guess is 1.7M-1.9M for the quarter to be filed this month.

The quarter ending Sept 30th is the latest and most dramatic increase in the past year. If that growth would flow over into the quarter ending Dec. 31, my revenue prediction would be way off on the low side.

The fact that there hasn't been any dilution for about 4 years is impressive as well.
