Quick Background. This shell had a merger completed, but the merge in company back out. Control Dispute is listed on the OTCM over this matter. The custodianship subsequently updated the Officers List on the NVSOS. Once he finds another Merge in expect the Officers list to be updated once again. Then it is boom time!

I totally agree. With this float, it doesn't even matter what's going on. But, we have the catalyst of a ticker that's got a new management group and if the railway is in fact connected than the sky is the limit here.

1.3 Million Float enough said. Merging Asian Company!! Even at 1 buck and the O/S at 2.2 Million it is a 2 Million Market cap. So small.
