How is this relevant to us . Seems like brli is the play and after the dust settles there’s Nukk.
Seems like dilution is what will keep Jacobi floating along . I’m trying to stay optimistic however no one is certain on how long our shares will be locked up and then of course the backstop. I really hope we’re relevant because it seems like we’re getting cut off at the knees

Do note that the current price of BRLI is reflective of an O/S of just over a million shares. When the shares are distributed to the NUKK shareholders, the dilution is ten fold. Gonna be tough to hold onto a profit on the closing price of $0.11 for NUKK (about $3.30 with the 30 for 1 share on BRLI which was trading around $8).

However the vote is for sure coming up on Dec 1, 2023 and I have received two notices to the Trade accounts I have NUKK in with details and voting information. Something drastic will need to change. Even with the consistent group of a few carrying on about how massive this deal will be they seem to be only spending about $15 a day buying more shares. Those who want out will need to be absorbed by a factor of 10. Break even as the goal and dirt cheap pps means massive sustained volume will be needed.

Let me know when they start making money because it’s real simple since becoming the first “Europe” ETF they have sold 770 shares of there brand at 17 bucks a pop that’s what 13+k and Nukk owns 5% so that’s 650.bucks . Maybe drawing a parallel between black rock and Jacobi is a little far fetched. I really hope this does take off and honestly it should have already .
