Have always posted the links, plus the ones you posted. There is always positive and negative and the ETF market is full of wanna be symbols and non existent management teams. This one (all) have years of experience in the field , NUKK is revenue producing and always has been . The Jacobi side was and has been about positioning in the EU Market. The US really had been untapped , but this year with the SEC approval anticipated will change the forecast.

The one report this week which was negative on the ETF SEC approval , then shorted BTC which was expected . Most the companies that have direct coin related products are worried about the access that ETF direct to BTC will hamper them in the market (that market) as they have not positioned themselves that way.

In any case all will see shortly . The world is cautions about CRYPTO not being regulated , however the ETF side brings in accountability formats and the investors are looking for that .

Nay sayers that got their legs chopped off at the knees. So how come when Jacobi first became the first ETF on Giligans island nothing happened. Why did Emil take that huge loan prior to the merger.? Why did the share structure change from 26-1 to 35-1 not to mention anyone who held through the merger took an 80% haircut and the reward was buy worthless warrants and hold through for bonus shares of shit. $NUKK One has to understand the connections here. NUKK is part of Jacobi Asset Investments having J. Khurshid as the COO of NUKK and Chairman of Jacobi . Jacobi has CEO M. Bednall who was with BLACKROCK for over a decade. Jacobi has the approved EU ETF (First one) and NUKK has the platforms . Here is the Corporate presentation. Once SEC approves it puts Jacobi and NUKK (Nukkleus) as the go between to Bitcoin for the Big Guns (Blackrock , Greystone etc) .

How is this relevant to us . Seems like brli is the play and after the dust settles there’s Nukk.
Seems like dilution is what will keep Jacobi floating along . I’m trying to stay optimistic however no one is certain on how long our shares will be locked up and then of course the backstop. I really hope we’re relevant because it seems like we’re getting cut off at the knees
