Its an "OCEAN" of manipulation according
to one the the market makers that I know personally.
Not an opinion....just a FACT.

6 trades- 3110 shares which were manipulation ?
Dead mackerel
Mango LOST $1.5 MILLION
They didnt even COVER direct costs.
Advent lost $2 MILLION on $117k revenue.
Anything is possible though bankruptcy is a certainty
Tangible book is NEGATIVE $65.4 MILLION and Q3 was a $3.8 MILLION operating LOSS
Apologies to the short siders for not throwing
them a bone to chew on, but I've been busy doing industry analysis for all of Novations subsidiaries.
In an attempt to measure REAL POTENTIAL, here is the approximate size (in Billioins) of each industry that Novations subsidiaries serve;
Streetlinks Lender Solutions: 6 Billion dollar Appraisal Industry
Advent Financial: 15 Billion dollar debit card and bank services industry
Mango Moving: 40 Billion dollar moving industry
Corvisa and CorvisaCloud: 60+ Billion dollar technical services and software industry
I know the sell siders get all excited when I talk in terms of Billions for Novation, but if one remembers, NOVC at one time had a 1.7 Billion dollar market cap.
This FACT alone should tell an investor that anything is possible.
Stay tuned!.....and again, please accept my apology.
Rooky
Negative Tangible Book of $65.4 MILLION.
Thus 96% chance of BANKRUPTCY per one analyst though I disagree by 4%.
NOVC is like a homeowner with a $100k house and a $200k mortgage
CASH is REAL and HERE TODAY while debt is very LONG TERM
as a KEY METRIC....I'll take the CASH any day.
Tweet...Tweet
Key Metric DEBT and Net DEBT
$85.9 MILLION DEBT
Cash is DOWN and co. is MASSIVELY NET DEBT.
Cant even get a simple bank LOC per SEC filings.
Tangible book is NEGATIVE $65.4 MILLION and liabilities UP $11 MILLION YTD
Key Metric CASH
While growing exponentially, Novation CASH has been growing exponentially as well.
As of 12/31/2011 Novations annual 10K filing showed 11.5M in unrestricted cash and cash equivalents. How much cash will there be on 12/31/2012?
10% more CASH? 25% more CASH? or more?
Stay tuned!

Streetlinks is DOWN YTD with COLLAPSING MARGINS.
Easy to verify using the Q3 10Q SEC filing
Streetlinks....intercepted another Tweet
This one is about Streetlinks exponential growth:
Through the eyes of one employee on linkedin website, who started out in Indianapolis, where he gave up a promising career at the Indianapolis Speedway, and now is in Tampa:
"I was the 36th employee at that time and we were working out of a warehouse garage (Indy). We moved to a three-story building and filled it to capacity. In less than four years, I've received eight promotions and had countless opportunities to help this company grow. In July of 2011, I relocated to FL to start the Tampa operation. We now have 600 employees in FL & IN and are the largest non-captive Appraisal Management Company. We are the best at what we do and will continue to lead the way in non-influenced valuation services.
With over 1400 clients/customers, Streetlinks is leading the way.

MacroAxis aiding and abetting Novation scammer?
Interception of tweets claiming that there is a 96% chance of NOVC filing for bankruptcy protection is a SCAM pure and simple.
Novation is NOT bankrupt like the scammers have been claiming, and one need only have followed the Gradient/Copper River SCAM for proof.

Novastar article worth a review.
"
NovaStar Financial, the infamous subprime lender that became a poster child for naked short selling conspiracy theorists, wants to settle a securities fraud lawsuit brought against it in April of 2004.
The lawsuit alleged that the company used false and misleading statements to unload $107 million worth of stock on the public between October 29th of 2003 and April 8th of 2004. Novastar has proposed a $7.5 million settlement of the suit -- but will still have to wade through many, many other similar lawsuits that resulted from the company's aggressive accounting that it allowed it to book huge profits and pay huge dividends while making loans to people who would never be able to pay them back. The stock now trades on the Pink Sheets with a market cap of less than $3 million.
Investors were warned by a cavalcade of investigative journalists and other intelligent people, including our own Peter Cohan, of the problems that ultimately led to Novastar's demise. Instead people relied on optimistic projections from insiders and conspiracy theories about a worldwide short seller plot to destroy the company that flourished on the internet. Anyone who questioned the company's accounting was harassed and had their motives and ethics questioned. That's a pretty common theme of the housing bubble, and part of the explanation for why it inflated as much as it did: People were afraid to speak up."

Re: NOVC "SOS...we're throwing everything we can at 'em, but we need more help-send the posse"
Mango is a SCAM ROGUE Broker per industry LINKS.
There have been customer complaints as well very negative press in industry blogs and trade sites.
INDISPUTABLE FACT.
Mango also LOST $1.5 MILLION on $2 million revenue.
Clealr something is VERY WRONG.
Mango Scam LOST 75% of revenue.
Incredulous but TRUE- $1.5 MILLION LOSS on $2 million revenue.
Not to be outdone, Advnet LOST $2 MILLION of $117k revenue.
Longs blame manipulation
How does that tiny amount effect NEGATIVE $65.4 MILLION TBV
How does it impact what is likely a MASSIVE Q4 operating LOSS ?
Tweet....Tweet and more
All sorts of news to include $263,407, one months interest income (almost enough to pay NOVC's CEO for a year) found its way to Novations coffers today.
Also, with the over all economy, and the all important housing sector improving look for Streetlinks and their new marketing team to hit the ground running.
And look for Novations new website which I'm sure will attract new business opportunities we don't eve know about yet.

CORRECT- Mango a SCAM and a SHAM
"Rating: , Posted by Rebekah on Aug 02, 2012
I hired this company to load my POD storage container. My move was scheduled for 11am on 7/31/12 (when I booked this service WEEKS before my move, I told the company how important it was that they be on time since I had to drive from chapel hill, NC to new york city by myself right after......they told me that this was not a problem and that they would be there on time). At 11:30 am that day when the movers were no where to be seen I called the company......they didn't contact me.....and they said that my move had been pushed back to 6pm that evening!!!! They claimed to have called me a few days prior to my move, but I had no missed calls or messages from them. I explained that I needed the move to be sooner since I had to drive 8-9hrs AFTER everything was packed. They said that the mover could be there any time between 4-6pm and that there was nothing they could do about it, but that they would probably be there closer to 4pm. At 4pm I called to check on the ETA and they said that they would be at my place REALLY soon. At 5pm I called again to check....again they said that the movers would be at my place shortly. At 6pm I called back YET AGAIN....they said that the movers were 5 min away. At 7pm they said the same thing. At 8pm they said the movers would be here soon. I told them that it was late and that I needed to get some food (I had been waiting in my PACKED apartment ALL day waiting and had no food), so they would need to come at 7am. They said they would see what they could do. They called back at 8:45PM to tell me someone would definitely be at my place at 9am 8/1/12. At 9am the next day there were NO movers....so I called them yet again (they NEVER called me once).....they said the movers they hired were running late and couldn't be at my place until 11am 8/1. When the movers showed up they informed me that MANGO moving company didn't even send them my address until 9:30am that day!!!!! Throughout this whole process they were rude, and could really careless about my move. When I called to complain about the service a director named Scott actually said to me that "if the company didn't care about your move, we just WOULDN"T have shown up at all. I mean your move is complete isn't it?!" I was obviously appalled by this....I mean, what service based company actually thinks like that!?!?!? Since my lease ended on 7/31, I had to pay an extra day’s rent for my apartment…..I had to buy dinner and breakfast since I had no food at my place…..and I had to get a hotel room for the night since my apartment was completely packed up. They ONLY offered me $50 in financial compensation for all of this. THIS WAS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mango Moving a Scam?....Thank you
I've checked it out thoroughly, and yes in deed, if you can believe everything you read????, Mango Moving is BOTH a great company with a great business model, and yes a scam.
Thanks for sharing, and I'll continue doing the same, and thats a promise.

Mango SCAM reported on industry news.
Multiple customers have also reported a SCAM.
Mango LOST $1.5 MILLION in Q3 and didnt even cover direct costs.
$200k loan a SCAM.
Just like "Ignore the rules" underwriting and document fraud adjusting incomes, the market knows .
2007-2013 and the SCAM continues while longs deny it because there isnt the volume to sell
numerous complaints does NOT make a business a scam
but thanks for pointing them out.
Rooky
ps. a check of the state of Kansas records show Mango Moving to be a LLC in good standing just like the former BuildMyMove. No where could I find in the state corporation commissions records that either of these businesses were scams.
I think you've posted that before and
I just wanted to point out thats just "one" out of how many complaints, and how many moves that Mango Moving has done?
Thanks though...I'm glad that you found ONE to share with investors that might want to consider an investment in NOVC.
Have a great day.

Review on Mango Moving
Rating: , Posted by Scammed on Jan 02, 2013
I found these movers through PODS. At first, I was so excited to get such a great price for such a long distance move. However my mood was quickly changed. First they tried to tell me I would have to pay more based on the weight when they initially said it was a guaranteed rate... no one even came to my house to see what I had. And it was under the weight capacity (per the truck driver). They were unable to tell me the actual pickup date until the day before. They told me someone would contact me about a time. No one did. The truck driver just showed up at my house and we waited over an hour for the movers to get there. My destination apartment had very narrow roads so they told me I would have to shuttle my stuff from a distant location since the 18 wheeler wouldn't fit. They said this would be an additional $300. But they debited $500 from my debit card two weeks after my move without contacting me or making sure this was ok. I tried contacting them to discuss the amount. it took them four days to call me back! I had to call them multiple times each day to even get anywhere. They sent me a copy of the contract I supposedly signed; the amount was typed as$300 but they had crossed it out with pen and wrote in $500. Too bad I lost my copy (or I may have never even gotten one) because I would be on these guys for contract fraud.
Moving is so expensive and I know its easy to just pick the cheapest way but do yourself a favor and just pay for the professionals! Good luck

Better Business Bureau Results for Mango Moving and Streetlinks
Most every business I'm aware of has business complaints they need to resolve and I think these two links pretty much tell the story of Mango Moving and Streetlinks;
Mango Movings BBB rating A-
http://www.bbb.org/kansas-city/business-reviews/movers/mango-moving-llc-in-overland-park-ks-1000000183/
Streetlinks BBB rating A+
http://www.bbb.org/kansas-city/business-reviews/movers/mango-moving-llc-in-overland-park-ks-1000000183/
As "accredited" members of the BBB I've no doubt that Novation Companies do whatever they can to mitigate complaints.
Rooky
Even the state of Kansas has BMM/Mango on record for SCAM.
SO they change their named to HIDE their past just like Streetlinks did and the parent Novastar.
It's a pattern and only the few remaining longs with psychological denial from their LOSSES and need to EXIT cant see it.
Also their are NUMEROUS lawsuits listed in the filings SEC all as "EARLY STAGE"
Just How Smart is Novation???
With disgruntled shareholders attempting to accuse Novations leaders of fraud, the COURTS and Novations lawyers were able to convince the Judge they were NOT guilty of fraud as seen here;
http://www.dandodiary.com/2008/06/articles/subprime-litigation/novastar-subprime-lawsuit-dismissed-with-prejudice/
Fast forward from this decision, and former disgruntled shareholders are so irate, they continue their attacks outside the courtroom.
How do I know this?....some of the very same disgruntled shareholders have been trying their best to prove me to be a fraud, but much to their chagrin.....I'M NOT!
If Novations leaders were smart enough to beat shareholders at their nefrarious game, I've no doubt their new business model, as seen here, WILL PREVAIL;
http://www.novationcompanies.com/
Stay tuned while the negative spin combined with the more than obvious manipulation continues.

It's a SCAM and the stock is telling you such.
Mango LOST $1.5 MILLION and didnt even cover direct costs.
The SCAM also was repaying the $200k note at shareholder expense
Legitimate Business Model "saving consumers millions" called a SCAM????
Mango Movings business model that provides conusmers with a cheaper alternative to the more traditonal and conisderably more expensive moving businesses is being called a scam???
I guess thats to say that companies like travelocity, hotels.com or even Overstock, businesses who have found ways to save consumers hundreds of millions of dollars are scams as well???
Bottom Line....Mango Moving is NOT a scam regardless of the spin.

News on Mango and the SCAM
"Posted: Tue Jan 22, 2013 1:38 am Post subject: Re: Mango Moving
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mangomovers.com are not movers. Nor are they a traditional broker. They are a boiler room operation that takes a lead ( consumer), then contacts a shipper to transport, and then uses any available labor, be it from a labor pool, homeless shelter, craigslist, etc. Mango is a reincarnation of a company, BuildMyMove.com that was driven out of business after existing less than a year, by numerous lawsuits by consumers, as well as transporters, movers, and labor providers who were never paid. This is a matter of public record in the State of Kansas, where they operated from. I also dealt with them personally and found them to be less than honest or professional.

Re "amatuer like me could manipilate"
Really.
Well I think it's DISTRIBUTION but the buyers just arent there.
There are very few left who dont know the bad news that lies ahead for Longs.
ALL FIVE trades today were manipulation according
to the market make I know. He says that the volume is so low that even an amatuer like me could manipilate it if I were so inclined.
Rooky
Which of the 5 trades were manipulation ?
2 of the 5 were 301 shares each on a double count
Dead mackerel.
Only a few are left who dont know it.
Yes the NFI that IMPLODED.
The NFI where an investor wrote the SEC and FBI about his losses after purchasing 27k shares for $166k while ignoring wash sales rules between both related accounts and Ira accounts.
I believe the IRS even has an article about it
.Q3 operating LOSS was $3.8 MILLIOM
The NFI that imploded?
Was that the one from many many years ago that transformed itself from a morgtage reit to Novation as seen here;
http://www.novationcompanies.com/
Wow!....Have they done an about face. And to think I own over 500,000 shares of their stock at an "average" cost of .50 a share.
Rooky
and some call me Lucky.
No it's NFI that I am thinking about.
The one that was a "subrpime turnaround" with a " dividend that will be paid and attracted a purtported " subprime expert" from Virginia at $40.72 in 2007.
Shortly thereafter NFI "imploded"
Tangible book value of the new C corp symbol NOVC is NEGATIVE $65.4 MILLION
Reit....What Reit???
I heard about a fired temp worker that may have helped blow up a Reit somehwere in the Midwest.
Is that who you're thinking about?
Rooky
Anderson BLEW UP the NFI Reit TWICE.
The plan of SCAM mortgages was "unsustainable" and "imploded"
TWICE.
Will Lance Anderson make the list next year?
Lance Anderson, Novations CEO is considered to be a serial entrepreneur, and thats one of the reasons I like NOVC so much.
Here is a list of the top ten serial entrepreneurs you may have never heard of. Compare what these entrepreneurs have done to what Novation is doing. Enjoy!
