Just use DI water lab grade water, add the Chlorine gas, use a tiny bit of CO2, to lower the pH to 5.0 or to raise it a tiny with NaHCO2 and poof you have it.

Soap and water scrubbing works better on COVID19 because the soap emulsifies the oily skin off the COVID19 critters in 20 seconds with hand washing.

For the record 40 years ago drinking water used HOCL, by dissolving chlorine gas into drinking water.

Almost no one does that anymore, because of the Trihalomethanes it produces that are known human carcinogens.

Massive shift to using Ozone in the US started 30 years ago, and has been used in Europe for 130 years.

I am not buying the non toxic BS claims.

Anything that "kills" bacteria simply with contact is toxic by definition.
