Looks like there is a reversal in crypto world so I’m hoping it bottomed out over the hype from end of 2017 and now seems to be a legitimate long term play that will creep its way back up. So it should only get better from here.

The balance sheet shows common stock sold in 2015. Looks like that was funding they received when they were VPTK and they probably transferred the funds left from that to continue with nodechain operations which is probably what they used to buy computers.

Let’s hope all other crypto starts booming again. The computers mine the coins but the value of the coin matters as well like Downinthedm mentioned. So we get a boom from that then the monthly income will sky rocket which will provide the cash flow to expand the business model.

We also need some awareness which will come with well timed PRs when crypto takes off again. The potential hear is huge and they are making money and they are a lean company so it’s a matter of time. Any short term offerings they might do will only be a hiccup since the price low currently and won’t stagnate it that much. Once the enthusiasm returns having 100mill or 70 mill outstanding shares won’t affect it too much.

But we need the ball to get rolling before this company gets forgotten in the crowd.

How did they buy the 70 CPU's they have? I only ask because the stock looks interesting unless there are 30m shares sitting out there still waiting to be sold.

For a better understanding it’s important to read the latest 10K. Takes money to make money. Could be a bit before they get big but this potentially could be a powerhouse. Also need to take into consideration how beat up bitcoin, ethereum, and other alts are. All crypto stocks are a direct correlation to crypto pricing. Worth a hodl

The Cryptocurrency

market seems to affect all related Crypto stocks, they go up and down together, not sure why. Cryptocurrency has been in a down trend lately so it's not helping our cause, but it will turn around. I really believe this is a buying opportunity IMHO

We just have to be

patient and things will continue to fall into place, I was patient with INTV and look what happened, it went from around .10 to $6.74 in a very short time. Some people made a lot of money by just being patient.

That was a 6,640% move to the upside and I'm hoping we can do the same here. JMHO

if the price is right, it has to be beneficial to both parties, either way NODC will still be successful long term. They are doing everything they promised, name change, symbol change and buying units, etc., and more to come. Slowly building a profitable company! I'm a buyer here.

but I remember INTV trading below .10 and doing the same thing as NODC, just kind of treading water and then all of a sudden boom it ran to $7

I think NODC could do the same thing, with a new name and symbol change finally completed more news should be coming soon! If they land John McAfee and he comes on board then NODC will never trade down here again! IMHO

You are right. The potential here is huge. It didn’t take much to get this moving either direction. Now that they have more computers to mine and have guaranteed income and more coming it’s hard to see how this company won’t get noticed soon. Once people throw a little money at this company it will be back towards the high overnight.

Not sure what to make but at least an ER should be coming out soon. Hope to have some updates of what’s to come. These companies can pretty much print money once they get enough computers to mine the currency. Eventually they should be back to where they were before the crash.
