December 2021:NISN has made a furious shares placement to fund its latest deals in supply chain sector. That caused a low offering price at $4 and the stock price dropped sharply.
But why they were in such rush?
At December 16th the company announced the dismissal of the case against it by a group of minority investors who have sued Hebron. The company anticipated that the case will be dismissed and then these investors will sell all their shares.
So, they tried to raise funds before these investors sell.
After the announcement of the offering price of $4 the stock dropped at $3+ and those investors started selling en masse all the way to $1. The market was bearish then and very few wanted to buy a Chinese smallcap which was collapsing without an obvious reason.

Indeed. I think Chinese stocks should be hot as their Zero covid policy is easing. By the way, I am new to this stock and found this stock has been dead after "The pre-funded warrants shall be offered at the same $4.00 price per share as the common shares," was happened last December.
Therefore, now is the time to buy this stock as they've got plenty of cash and released an excellent ER today. I only see the upside and am so exciting. Hope I am right.
