I am sorry I just needed to rant and let off some steam. It's all good just getting very impatient and I have a hard time keeping my emotions in check. My bad...Lets try and have a great rest of the summer!! Silver lining at least the world and media seem to be talking about the importance of Rare earths and Critical minerals. Again, my apologise on the rant....Even though I know I will probably complain again about something in the future lol. I feel better already. Not good keeping that stuff inside haha.

Hey I keep hearing since 2015 how "lucky" we are to have jimmy sims aka Mr. "D.C insider" that can make something happen?? What has Mr. D.C done in 7 years for $NIOCORP? Except make $millions as a part time worker juggling other companies and making even more money??? We as investors do not need our team leaders having other "pet" projects IE $NIOCORP. I for one am getting sick and tired of playing second, third, and fourth fiddle so they can make millions more working for numerous "Other" companies. WTF is wrong with our share holders?? Why are we not raising hell on how we are being treated?? jimmy boy and marky boy have convinced some pretty smart people that they are the only hope for this company working! We have a gold mine underground. We have an amazing project. We need to clean house and fire these clowns. WHY ARE WE LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH OUR MONEY???

Good article, but it irks me to no end that Niocorp is rarely mentioned in these type of publications. Either we are the best kept secret in the mining industry and need more work getting exposure, or something is amiss.

I'm not being negative, just honest. If we are truly trying to attract financing still, I would think any type of positive press with our name attached would be a priority....and I'm not talking about investor guru or proactive.

Hey Crit! Niobium, Scandium, & Titanium all have links to the semi-conductor industry in addition to everything else listed on the Niocorp website.
I have been thinking along the same lines as you in regards to the possibility of some “govt. cheese” for quite a while. Even though Private means has been the primary source mentioned. The time, “hoops” & direction of current events continue to support both Private & Govt’s working together on many fronts.
We will all have to wait a bit longer to see what the final outcome will be for financing the Elk Creek project once these last hurdles are accomplished.
(A,B,C,D… any combo works for me then! For 2025/26 production…)

Thanks Chico again! So great to see the potential for niobium, and it looks like it is proving itself as a very promising element for battery power and life.

I have to think part of funding delays might have something to do with government monies being at least a partial reason to funding NioCorp or some lending entity who might get their hands on it and do a pass through funding for development of the ElkCreek project. When I see all the things the government is willing to throw money at, and continually talk about the necessity of having critical minerals and REEs, there has to be a piece of the pie for NioCorp too. Are they working a deal with the government through some channel? I could see if a certain lender has expectations of a government guaranteed backed loan, it would stop things in their tracks until govmt. got off the pot and gave them the funds. None of these EVs will do us any good if we don’t have the necessary metals, REEs, etc., to build with. Everybody is in a hurry to have a competitive edge with China and we’ve got so much right here in the middle of the USA, so it’s time to get this operation underway. I have no doubt this mine will be built, but I am certainly getting anxious to get out of the low pps and get north of a dollar. To me, it’s crazy we are not above $2 moving to $3. I’m just frustrated more with the price and lack of investors who must not understand what we’ve got in Elk Creek. JMHO and speculation on some of the goings on.

A) Could you comment on what the production of higher purity niobium & titanium could be utilized for once realized?

If the higher purity niobium and titanium intermediates that L3 was able to produce at bench-scale are replicated and proven at demonstration scale, this would put us in a position to more easily move to other products beyond those outlined in our 2019 Feasibility Study. Niobium oxide for use in Li-Ion batteries is one possible example, although the production of that product would require additional processing steps beyond the higher-purity niobium intermediate that we discussed in last week’s news release. The company is not yet in a position to make a determination on whether or not, and when, to possibly expand our Niobium product offering. Higher grade TiO2 could expose us to additional markets where higher margins could be obtained. But, again, we are not in a position to speak to those possibilities in any detail yet.

B) Niocorp’s preferred separation method is SX. Are these higher purity processes part of an improved SX process or “something else”?

No, the processes we recently discussed occur in the earlier stages of the flowsheet, prior to any SX processing. We look forward to unveiling those details once these processes are verified at the demonstration plant level and once all associated work needed to complete an updated Feasibility Study is completed.

(Since 2020- The last remaining 25% of niobium production has yet to be placed under an enforceable contract. A major "U.S. Steel producer was rumored to be interested, yet no action to date has occurred. Perhaps Toshiba would be interested if they intend to build a Battery Plant in the U.S.?
Once the current demo-plant operations once completed, the results should be very interesting indeed!)

I am ok with them paying people to promote our company I just wish they would do a lot more of it. Why did this team stop doing road shows? Why cancel at last second for the HC Wainwright conference? Why did they stop doing all promotions in general?? It appears that wind is temporarily out of the Niobf sail and back to waiting mode... following that disclosure by Jim S regarding the Kiln still not being on site and demo testing still not started yet...... although that news sucked and suprised many, at least it was good to finally verify that status and put the speculation and guess work to rest.

That darn Ukraine war situation seems to have supply line implications for just about every company...... lord knows Brandon sure has used that war to justify our supply line interruptions and high energy prices- even tho our energy woes (US) have MUCH MORE to do with an extreme wing of a certain political party's fanaticism about transitioning to alternative energy sources WELL before these alternate energy sources are ready for prime time. .... resulting in a domestic energy crisis, rising inflation and pending recession.....

I thought if I open up myself it might soften anxiety to those not happy with delays when they see new guy buying shares at $.70. And he is willing to take risks buying more shares of other stock hoping it would generate profits in order to get more of Niobf shares.

Well welcome on board, it was my colleague at school who mentioned at 2014 about niobium. Then I did my DD and started to invest with my first 20 cents shares.
And now I'm waiting for THE moment. The rare earth market is still huge, so I'll think that there is enough time to let MT doing the right decision.
