Yesterday's move, I-Hub post-stream and the gapped bid in the pre left me thinking someone was working on moving VOXR. Not seeming that way currently, but as for GHRI, definately one to keep an eye on. This has the SS that will make it move like hell when those next filings hit.

3. Cast of characters associated with the shell = strongly consider buying
4. The Mods on top of this one = Buy now! If you second guess it, you'll get left behind when the writing on the wall becomes more apparent.

I'd like to think that collectively, all those points make this one to have....if noting else, a small claim of ownership.

Goliath Resources to Acquire Three Canadian Mineral Properties

Goliath Resources Inc (Other OTC:GHRI.PK) is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire three Canadian Mineral Properties.

Goliath’s main focus will be the Mazenod Lake project which is located in the North West Territories. Under the terms of the LOI, Goliath will have the right to earn a 75% interest in this project. Geophysics an the IP survey at Mazenod Lake have identified several areas, prospective for large-scale gold and copper and possibly uranium, mineralization at this iron oxide -copper -gold (IOCG) style prospect. The initial stage of a drilling program conducted by Phelps Dodge on part of the property has produced intersections of potentially economic grade. Phelps Dodge Canada will retain a 25% interest in this project.

The other mineral properties consist of the Flume License in the Yukon, over which Phelps Dodge retains a royalty, the Flume is adjacent to Teck’s Ten property, and is prospective for gold. Java is a copper -molybdenum porphyry prospect located in British Columbia formerly owned by Kennecott.

Under the terms of the Letter of Intent, Goliath will issue common shares to the present owners the Bellmin group for the acquisition of these properties.

Goliath will be commencing its due diligence immediately in respect to this acquisition and upon satisfactory results execute a final agreement, which will be subject to shareholder approval.

Man, no selloff at all. Was expecting some selling heading into the long weekend but guess not. This thing is pretty close to locked up on just 1-2 days.

BTW, did anyone else get a call from their broker confirming ur purchase of this stock? E-Trade called me yesterday. It's as if they were surprised by the sudden volume.

Took me a little while to get filled, buy that's okay. I was able to slap the ask yesterday for my starter...pps has not come down to offer me that same price on the ask yet today. I see it creeping down now, so who knows. Not done collecing here yet, so it's still all good.

In some circumstances I would agree. Not in this one though. With a SS so tiny, the only real way to accumulate is bid-side. That spread helps shake the tree a little as I never get surprised anymore how quickly people lose patience in these pinky-plays. I was able to get my fill today just waiting on the bi at the pps I felt comfortable with. If there's more to be had, I'll continue collecting there. As WB said, eventually the spread will tighten and I'll have the shares I need. Folks won't keep selling here forever, so it's really just a matter of time.
