The Nora lady is pretty big time. She is Consulate of Uraguy for Vancouver and has many cos in Panama and connections in South America and has a group that has done prob 10 diff RMs before I think. All of them did well, had buyouts, still trading, or went to 1.50 and one even to 6.00. Some of these RMed the past 7 years or so.
