My hope is that this thread may help save a 'newbie' or two, so they can trade another day! We were all 'newbies' once. (i'm a newbie, senior grade, not a chart-guy yet!) Newbies help create volume & volume moves the market & 'Price per Share'. (PPS) It's in everyones best interest to attempt to 'Save a 'newbie'. I'm not trying to save the world...'just a few newbies'. This is a 'NO' spin/spam thread. One post a day. On topic. No poems or cute one liners with multiple meanings. Let's teach them how to 'FISH'! The inital thread guidelines: 1) All posts should start out with 'one' of the following. a) This is a Newbie 'Do'. or b) This is a Newbie 'Don't'. 2) All stocks should be referred to as 'ABC' and/or 'XYZ'. (this thread should not be used to promote a 'Position') 3) The thread should not be used to suggest that one 'Style' of trading is better than any other style. (they're all good) 4) If you have a question about trading ask it!.....Hopefully it'll be answered by a person in the 'know'..... (DON"T ASK ABOUT A SPECIFIC STOCK!)... 5) No 'CHIT-CHAT' on the thread. Use PM's. If ya like a persons post give them an atta-boy/gal via a PM... 6) Limit your use of 'links', don't want to have the thread look like one big I-BOX. Please try to post your own thoughts on subjects that will help 'newbies' learn how to trade. ///////////// Remember, these are 'newbies', so may I suggest that if you use an abbreviation/acronym, you might explain the term. My hope is that the seasoned traders & Guru's at I-HUB will not only contribute to the thread but use it as a tool. I can't imagine how many times you guys/gals are asked the same questions time & time again in Public posts & PM's....You might respond by asking them if they've read this board?....... Take care. gramps
