(NEWA) ("NEWA", "we," "our" or the "Company"), a service provider and manufacturer of membrane filtration equipment and related hardware and engineered systems that are used in the treatment, recycling and discharge of wastewater, today announced it will acquire 100% of the equity of Israeli AMS Technologies Int. (2012) Ltd ("AMS"), and the signing ceremony for the acquisition was held in Yantai on November 28, 2018. The Company was listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market in 2017 and believes this is a significant step to expand into the global market.

NEWA will acquire 100% equity of AMS, a company that develops and markets chemically and thermally stable and resistant ultrafiltration and nanofiltration special membrane materials used in wastewater treatment. The total contract amount for this acquisition is approximately $13.5 million. The Company will acquire AMS with its working capital. The acquisition agreement was signed on November 28, 2018. All the due diligence has been completed and closing of the transaction is expected to occur in March 2019. Through this strategic acquisition and additional partnerships, NEWA believes it will realize vertical supply chain integration from the preparation of special membrane materials, to the production of membrane elements, to the manufacturing and assembling of the membrane equipment and projects.

Because a trade deal with the US implies economic growth. The perception of economic growth or decline has a lot to do with investments. While you are right, this company may not trade with the US, it still matters.

i don;t know why you or anyone thinks this stock has anything to do with trade?????? it has nothing to do with trade at all.....that what get me all p/o ...lol ...i guess are next big uptrend will depend on the numbers coming up and if we get a clearer picture of debt.....i am a buyer of this stock for long term ,,but i think we are under valued at these level our problem is its a china stock getting mixed up in the trade and china down trend.......but i think its a great long term play ...lets see what the numbers come in at ...kazzz

Not a great day, but a typical Friday cut. Let's see how things move next week. With Trump bullish on a trade deal soon, we could see the return of this to highs quickly.

Well, we made it through 9.40 and are resting in the 9.70 area at the moment.

Next area is 9.85 for resistance, then 10.38-10.40

After that - we could make a really nice run to 11.64

Yes it is. And unless I am completely being taken here, the daily level II has shown a complete change in action.

No one can ever be certain in the markets, but it surely appears to me that the bottom is finally in and a rebound is coming.

There are plenty of resistance levels above, 9.40 being the first where it stopped last.

9.73 will be next up if we can break through 9.40 soon.

8.02 area should be support if we break down again.

I'm going to watch closely and add just one more time.

I have noticed the past week, the trading is definitely feeling like a reversal. We have had some profit taking from the 7.5 area, but it has not been as pronounced as in the past when it appeared the "shorts" were totally controlling the action.

Thursday was impressive with Friday starting out good - then buying fell off and profit taking began.

I surely hope we are turning back like the 3 times before. I have kept buying all the way down... and put everything except what I have in one other stock into this one.

If we start to hear rumblings of better Chinese trade deals, you are correct... we could see a very nice correction here.

I added again last week. Not sure my "charting" is working out the way
I thought it would be - in fact, it is off now by over a week. I would
think we will see a rebound of pretty decent proportion, but as has been
said before - the markets are pretty rocky at the moment.

Well since the US market has been on the dump-side lately, it doesn't seem to matter. I was expecting a rise towards the end of this month and into November based on the trend of this stock. We will see.

If it drops that low, then we should all get out. That would indicate to
me that something very shady is going on. I could imagine a huge Chinese
short from the 29+ area down to 8.61 in a single day causing a panic, but
with the numbers reported and the huge percentage gains yoy - this SHOULD
not be staying down here.

Another cliff today. I will hold until $6.50 and then I'll have to bail. This is crazy. I was hoping the end of the month would start to see the climb back up. Shorting? What's the cause - I can't find it anywhere. Shareholders' meeting last night, can't find a transcript.

I feel you. But, take a look at the history of the drop-offs. I think we both jumped in too soon, because after each drop, there is a small rally, then the stock goes back down to make a new low for the move.

Not sure but we may have another week to wait before the buying comes back in. I sold off another stock I had today so that I would be able to buy more here once the pattern reverses.

Okay, both the 9.52 and the 9.19 gaps were filled today.
Now, if the chart frequency is correct, Friday was the 13th day of the
4th transition. Thus, if chart history continues, we should begin a gradual uptrend from here.

If not - well, the chart broke down and we will have to wait for a new signal.

Indeed. I sold off a bunch of MJ stocks today after TLRY got halted three times, and it nosedived (nosedove?) ...looking to put some of those profits here while it is below $11.
