Paper debt is debt reversing the stock does not change this but only moves the par upwards from where it is today. This again will only allow the shorting of the stock.


how this works is the company has first rights to purchase the stock. Should the stock shoot above the par value due too a forward split the company will sell the excess shares it acquired before the stock split.


Any outstanding debt ie. share holders loan ie. outstanding debt will be also forward split and hence we will be back were we started with a lower par value for the debt owed.

Just keep in mind what I mentioned earlier...nothing can or will happen until a massive reverse split....so you will know to hold pat and not throw any of your money away until then.

We as a collective group have talked about 15c2-11 (f)(3) piggy backing and how its not the issuer but the specific stock in question.

What has happened is there has been a reversal in fillings on the piggy back exception and were only a annual financials are required of a foreign issuer to satisfy the requirement's of the over the counter market place.


This is a done deal and any positive assets held will be used in holding a collateral position for further debt down the road for the piggy back security in question held under foreign jurisdiction to the United States.


Create hope were there is little is what the game is about.

...something interesting is going to happen here. Verges letting the corporation go into a "revoked" state knowing it had earnings and losses makes him still liable in so many ways. He could of filed for bankruptcy and dissolved the corporation in the proper manner and he would of been free of any liability.
Mr Verges is smart and knows the fundamentals of business and business law. Keep in mind time reveals all and the wise blind man will always respond when asked any question,"in time we all will see".

Who said this stock is done ? The corporation is in administrative proceedings and has time to respond to the allegations as well as correct them. Soon we will finally find out who is the Captain of this operation. I never believed Mr Verges was the guy who built the business however I believe Mr Verges corrupted the business. I still believe in this stock and I know something remarkable is coming out of this. Watch !!!

None of these companies are profitable. They will draw all they can out for wages. So how do they work? They work on the line of credit and the requirement by law to pay interest on that line of credit set by industry at ten percent.


A line of credit is cash and has nothing to do with anything else. Cash on the world stage is set by interest in bond payments. Low interest low dollar value as this is revenue money by itself can generate plus any risk that is added in the case should it be lost.


So no equity no line of credit no value left for shareholders. Assets exceeds liability minus equity the stock is over valued if assets is less then that figure the stock is under valued the market cap takes into account outstanding shares owed above the authorized shares that is the line of credit equity stake holders have put into the line of credit the company has to draw on.


If the company does not use this line of credit there is no revenue generated for shareholders other then only interest on the income statement all other line of credit is shown under capital surplus and retained earnings.
