Great business concept that reminds me of AfterPay

I was attracted to the chart and small 20 million float too but their book now pay later for flights and hotels reminds me of Australia's AfterPay which has had phenomenal success both with users and the company's stock!

I really do not think this company has gone to the trouble they have gone to just to give it away for sub-penny value!!

TA, the offering has not been effective yet, the S-1 registration was back in October and since then there has not been any effectiveness. This tells me there is more upside left in this good luck. Have no position.

and it's dropped 50% on even lower volume, company is raising 5 million dollars by selling hundreds of millions of shares it looks like, so that low float will not be so low

yeah, this is f'n ugly. looks like they are trying to rais 5 million dollars, maximum amount per share is 1.00 per share and it's nowhere near that, so it was being pumped to try and get that 5 million dollars. how many shares will that take at just .05 to raise 5 million dollars, this low float will be a an extra 100,000,000 shares, they'll be selling shares for years at this pace. but i don't know, i don't understand those filings.

Because it had not found it's bottom and nobody was buying except for 100 shares here and there area gapping! Nobody knew it existed until accumulation began at it's bottom!!

They know now and that float is getting locked up!!
