I dont know, but there was a status change and a new person joined the team, she said on twitter the offical twitter account for $NGCG was real. Stock is showing an upwards trend now. Looking good so far.

"Shell Removal" refers to these two boxes. See how the 'Yes' box is checked? If the shell does a merger, the filing after the merger will have the 'No' box checked because it will no longer be a shell.

Giangy, so it appears that if this is from Daniel, we should hear something in a few days. You would have thought that if it was Daniel, he would have said 'yes.' Another mystery. So far, he's missed giving us an update twice. Maybe he shouldn't say anything until he actually gives us the update. When he keeps saying he will, then doesn't do it, that's not good. Oh well, us shareholders who have been in this for years are used to this. Anyway, thanks. If you hear back, let us know. :)
