Over past 2 weeks, NGBF constantly trying to maintain the uptrend and exit from subpenny land to penny land. Today again it recaptured the penny land with decent early morning volume.

slow trading. Looks like MM thinks NGBF has potential to go up. Today is December 15th, Phase II Test end date. I guess Test result coming soon in a PR in few days. Longs and strong.

Alpha Capital Anstalt lend them the 1.025 MILLION$ at MID PHASE 2 in June ,2011

that means that Alpha Capital Anstalt got a close look at their preliminary results from phase 2 and based on those results they gave them the loan

if the results were not positive they wouldn't got a penny !
