Did you see any you'd actually consider
investing in? All the ones I've looked
at were way to pricey for the stage that
they were at. You find one you liked
enough to put money in?
New campaigns are popping up on Netcapital https://netcapital.com/companies
Ha! I forgot Jack resurfaced. I'm sure he would love to move a bunch of
funds into US companies if they'd let him.
China and USA are competing for weird goings on lately.
Hong Kong, Taiwan, crack down on Chinese stocks, Reddit groups going
"after" short sellers.
... it's going to be an interesting four years.
For now I'm just looking forward to NCPL's first filing, see what they
really bought for $20M

It's possible AAPL is looking to acquire NCPL in an effort to diversify.
It's possible this could turn into a bidding war with GOOG with AMZN.
It's possible aliens will make first contact in order to acquire NCPL.

Just like a penny stock reverse merge play. Look familiar?
Can someone post the full text for this WSJ article? Supposedly written by netcapital CEO Jason Frishman

I might be wrong but once SEC lifts the Reg CF cap to $5m, we might be able to have a total raise north $40m this year. That should put us on the big table!
$1m is only the portal takes. The advisory side has other revenue streams.
How could they raised $1m so quickly! https://netcapital.com/companies/orbital-assembly
Thanks, you beat me to it! LOL
... and not just a reverse split, but a 1:2000 split
without lowering the AS
in order to buy their buddies company at a very questionable valuation.
... but in Femto99's defense, VSTR did "crowdfund" in a sense, they just used their investors equity as the source.
They certainly didnt use their own funds.
"Oddly enough this company used a reverse merger through a penny pinkie to go public! Lol "

Femto99:
"The crowdfunding thing is making penny stock reverse merge plays obsolete."
They better raise significantly more than that to even break even.
They've got how many employees, rent, and all the usual expenses.
$20M raised would bring in what, ~ million in revenue?
"
I expect NCPL to break $20m raised this year! They are having a good start https://netcapital.com/companies "

Oddly enough this company used a reverse merger through a penny pinkie to go public! Lol
The crowdfunding thing is making penny stock reverse merge plays obsolete.
And that would be when?
Next financials is best we will probably get.
Is there any expected catalyst coming?
reverse split killed stock there fault not happy with 500 shares and why i buy more????? bank stocks are better . they should give us divends every investment they choose .
Percentage of game companies that ever make money is very low.
... everybody and their brother thinks they have the hottest game idea.
Some do make big bucks, but the great majority never come close to even breaking even.
3. Are video games profitable?
While video game industry growth statistics point to record breaking revenues, the reality is that only a fifth of all game titles achieve profitability, and less than 5% of all games that go into production turn a profit.

Stocks of game companies have to be one of the riskiest plays you
could choose.

Til then 5 shares traded today.
I thought yesterday when 6 shares traded
was bad enough. I guess everyone is
waiting for that news.
Most investors cant do $5k on the platform. I am allowed $2.2k or something per year.
This should change soon I believe.
Interesting, but they're asking investors to buy in and purchase 2% of a company with a $54M valuation.
... and they have no history, no proof of scalability, no revenues.
Also, nothing really new and there are competitors?

If it's a movement it's a BM
So far no trades, seems to
be constipated?
Very good point. But seriously with the super low float & all the bs going on in the markets it wouldn’t take much interest for this to explode. Not holding my breath as I’d be dead 20x over at this point......... also it should make the private equity markets look a lot more appealing. GL to us
I’d say it’s more like short hunting, lolololol!! Happening here in pennyland as well with the demise of TCA where shorts are in the billions with some issues.
There was no movement for GME for over a year when DFV first pointing it out!
Except there’s no “move” in movement. It’s more of a ment
Like $GME, equity crowdfunding is a movement!
Now if only they could help sell equity interest in NCPL

666. Interesting choice of a number.
That's what they list the close at, even though it trades both lower and higher
after your 6.66 trade.
That was my $6.66 bid which filled. Have many more bids at lesser prices
Majority of shares went for $5.70
this morning. Much too real.
$6.66 bid this is getting too real
$15 !!!! Too rich for me...I'm out...I'll wait for Melvin to short it.
FYI: $6.94 was the share price of two shares sold to me today, which fell into my standing bids of hundreds.
wow, glad I have other stuff.

That should teach me to complain about only one trade yesterday. Three trades already today and the stock is below $9
again.
This OTC...interest is just a fart in the wind around here
Only one trade today, what happened
to the interest?
Hey man long time no talk..... and good trips you are looking at?
I stand corrected.
I do get the feeling these ladies are just placeholders
in a larger scheme?
