Could very well be. Or, they are shareholders who have lost money and are pissed off. Either way? They only are telling half the story of what is happening and what COULD happen.
I am fully aware of the negatives of owning NLST. But I will continue to focus on the positives of what a successful outcome could bring. I went into this with eyes wide open and knowing full well that NLST could lose. There were a few things I wasn't quite aware of when I first invested. But I know about them NOW and I have not sold yet.
Good luck!
They might be paid to do their work.
Responding to Boxster and Fact master is fruitless. They have their opinion's, and they are certainly welcome to have them and express them here.
They do point out the negatives of owning stock here and they are real. I'm not saying they are not. However, it seems that they totally ignore the possibilities. Anyone responding to them gives them their "soap box". Like I said, I'm not saying they don't have a right to be here and express opinion. Let them. For myself, I've put them on ignore. Isn't it rather strange that Boxster hadn't posted for months - just graced us with his clown-ness. Fact-master posted years ago (2022) yet now, all of a sudden? He suddenly reappears and rears his ugly face here. Think it's a coincidence, that these two clowns start avidly posting FUD, right when Netlist is starting to triumph in court???
I don't!! Their agenda is easy to see. Actually, it can be said that their sudden FUD posting is a sign that NLST is doing quite well - and they do NOT LIKE IT!
I'm focusing on the facts:
Netlist is a REAL company with many employees. They have millions of dollars in revenue coming in every quarter. Yes, they're not making money and the simple reason is the legal fees being spent. Yes, they are OTC QB, but the reason is that Samsung's actions decimated their customer base. They lost a billion dollars in sales (reported in court minutes). Think about where they would have been had Samsung stuck to the JDLA agreement. They HAD to come off the Nasdaq. They HAD to rely on share sales and borrowing to survive, while they fought Samsung, Micron and Google. This is why it is hard to refute the statements of the fudsters.
Come on guys. Just iggy them and be done with it!
Netlist is finally getting their days in court and it is working out for them - at least to date. Let's concentrate on what is happening there and ignore the FUD suddenly appearing here.

Of course micron's modules have different names!
But the properties are the same, jedec standardised 😉
And not all RDIMM, but enough of them 🍀🚀.
And LRDIMM, Samsung has sold 600000 units in about 16 months according to the trial.
The list of modules in which c16 works is impressive.

if this drags until 2026. Google is gonna make us all rich. Kinda like the same way they did everyone else when their shares IPO'd (2004) . LOL
lol !!! because 3rd time is a charm and the icing on the cake !
very possible but definitely they pay once the other 2 do. it'll be 2 pay days if they drag all of it out. seeing googs appeal will start later than what we got going on now. its a no brainer. like i said way back learning this legaleze shit. they need to run out of options before they pay. warwick has engaged them in this final stage, final option.
3rd is the one with the... Why wouldn't google want to be In the memory business ?
not necessary but thx if needed. read warwicks bio. he's the closer. we're in motion, vidal has been addressed and must reply. if not, cafc does, end of game.
but by all means if you feel like giving them this to look at for an opinion by all means please do.
well I guess I'll start saying goog will settle with NLST lol at first I said sammy then micron no ones left but goog weeeeeeeeee
phillip warwick is here to end this asap or 2 years tops.
not you, i know that. i was indirectly responding to the clown through your msg because hes on ignore. dont agree with him on anything. thats not why you got in this play.
I have the name of an attorney that worked for Google x and alphabet soft ware, SAAS AI hardware, molecular diagnostis renewable batteries 15 years with Alphbet. Assisted assets commerical partnerships. legal advice rooted in the understanding of both law and company objectives. Efficient in filing patents and much much more. Bottom line has left the comapny and started own law firm. Also , liscensed in California. I wondered if Netlist would be interested in talking to this person with possiblity of hiring or using her knowledge on patents etc. If so I would I forward the name and presrnt company to Netlist? Any thoughts or recomendations. ?
lol !!! the motivation was just used to join the pink clown on ignore. if ya cant see we're gambling on something happening vs. temporarily irrelevant filings that arent whats currently in play i cant help you............

What's Micron's counter claim?
I been thinking that way for over 5 yrs lol But I do feel the time is now close. as I said I believe the BOC victory opened the door.
exactly worst case scenario we are in double digit land by JAN 2026. this is a BUY AND HOLD. Institutions can't even buy this stock because its on the OTC. think of this as a ground floor opportunity to stick it to GOOGLE SAMSUNG AND MICRON.
or sooner, vidal and done, or cafc and done. that warwick guy is gonna straighten out vidal either directly or through cafc. done deal, it equates to getting our money. hes giving them nothing to argue. hes telling them their job and knows they know hes right. if he has to take it to cafc they will see why there is no argument, its genius !! but again time consuming and at least we have a time frame they cant deviate from.
everyone needs to read this because worst case scenario is we get paid 2026 if they drag it out.

I'm not pitting Hong against the shareholders. Read my posts. I'm actually supporting him being solely in charge versus having a BOD, so he can make the best long term decision for the company and get the most for us all.
But that doesn't mean I can't express my displeasure with him getting and selling shares. I've always said, "nothing shows support for your company than BUYING shares." He's showing he believes by investing $100 million in legal fees to get what Netlist deserves. But I've always wanted him personally to Buy shares not Sell them, to really show us he believes these prices are the bottom and we'll only go up from here. That's what's been disappointing and has frustrated me.
thats not a valid point because you cant pit hong against the shareholders, he gets paid for running the company and we're gambling on the company. its in the filings and legit, so we should already know that. theres a reason theres a pink clown on every post !!! lol !!!
you know we are close to 1) significant news and/or developments or 2) shorty being forced to cover their position when the roaches start tag teaming you!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! when this hits the high 2's the roaches will have to cover. keep buying!!!!
their motivation: TO KEEP THE SHARE PRICE FROM ROCKETING so they can try and force a buy out or BK!! simple.
why do you care again? whats your motivation? LOL
this will end in 2026 when all appeals have been exhausted or by before then via settlement. its very easy to figure this out. Samsung is doing what they are supposed to do as they dont care about 2026 as the money they are making right now by stealing is BILLIONS. they will end up paying for this though.
"As the sole director, Chun K. Hong has significant control over all corporate decisions that may not be in the best interest of our other stockholders.
Our President, Chief Executive Officer and the sole member of our board of directors, Chun K. Hong, has the ability to exert substantial control over all matters requiring approval by our stockholders and our board of directors, including the election and removal of directors, any proposed merger, consolidation or sale of all or substantially all of our assets and other significant corporate transactions. This concentration of control could be disadvantageous to other stockholders with interests different from those of Mr. Hong."

Ya'll are proving my point... a Board of Directors would take $20 too, and actually we'd all be happy.
But Hong believes there's so much more. And wants a real piece of the pie.
And Boxsterfan is correct, Hong has enriched himself already. He's made10s of millions. But Netlist has spent over 100 million in legal fees. That is a serious investment in what he believes the company deserves.
I believe most of us got in here as a gamble. Hoping for the big payout. The company is certainly doing their part in putting up a fight. I'm not happy now and I'm down a lot, but because I see the fight and still believe in the eventual results, I'll HODL.
By definition, that's not risk. If Netlist goes BK tomorrow, he has $20M+. The Netlist hoi polloi have zero.
on top of that he is the majority shareholder. don't entertain this lop sided market maker. HONG has the most to gain and loose. this guys a Igno ramous
He has plenty of risk, he has a company he's running and court cost. That being said I don't agree with the shares he doles out but I can't change that any more than I can the share price.
Stokd NLST The Minutes from the Micron 294 trial Day 1 were released. The app that makes the Pacer docs I pay for publicly available on Courtlistener so I can link them is still not working for me after update.
I'll post the screenshots — page 1 below and pgs 2 & 3 in comments.

Hasn't Micron made a counter claim in this case?
lol !! tell'm ! pessimism is a disease, its a shame its not in the company filings.....i'd take the 20 as well all the way to the bank..
The point is simple: Hong is carrying zero risk while enriching himself.
I'd be willing to wager that if $20/share was offered today at closing, you would all jump on it.
well of course we would, the $45.00 is a long way off. Whats your point?
I'll bet you'd be covering your short by $5.00 lol
Herein lies the problem. Hong supposedly believes that the company/patents are worth far more. However, Hong is taking none of the risk as he has cashed out over $20M in salary and stock.
You guys were talking about taking $45/share the other day and you would exit your positions. I'd be willing to wager that if $20/share was offered today at closing, you would all jump on it.

Certainly a catch 22. If we were on Nasdaq we'd be 'respectable' and maybe there'd be more transparency and a better handle on shorting NLST, along with real institutional ownership. But we'd have the BOD and one of the infringers would eventually offer to buy us out at $20 and most likely it'd be voted on and approved by a BOD. Hong believes there's a whole lot more meat on the bone and didn't want to do that, so no BOD and no Nasdaq. And so we sit on the stinky manipulated OTC. Not sure which is the correct decision. Only time will tell. Let's just hope it's not another 5-10 years of time to find out.
but another bigger problem that leads to the first problem, is that there almost ZERO institution ownership.
right and until we are on NASDAQ there won't be any either.
Wow NLST sinking while people remain optimistic about the MU case, I thought it would be rising before the verdict. I was listening to a legal analyst talk about the Trump case on TV and how unpredictable a jury can be. They sometimes do the opposite of what is expected. Im not spreading FUD I am still long NLST and think a win here could finally turn things around for NLST but I too could be wrong. What would happen if NLST lost the case this week, back to $0.50? I hope not.
(hint: yes, they have an exemption)
I'm not talking about thier exemption.
Are MM's are allowed to naked short legally? (hint: yes, they have an exemption)
For Netlist, what you need to prove is collusion. You need to prove that a single or multiple MM's are being paid by Samsung, Google, Micron and/or others to purposefully naked short Netlist. The burden of proof is upon on the claimant.
Occam's razor:
1.) Netlist is being naked shorted by MM's in collusion with "big tech".
2.) Netlist is just a fringe OTC company with no profits and no significant amounts of cash coming its way for at least 18 months (barring a surprise/miracle) and its stock price reflects this.
YES Market makers naked short everyday
