Kennedy’s numbers were north of $500 million. So this verdict was about 80-85% of his estimate

The Samsung $303 million win was about 75% of the estimate of $400 million + , so we beat that case

Squawk Box always shows stories related to Micron on their morning show. I doubt it gets mentioned but can you imagine if the verdict and damages were mentioned in tomorrow mornings broadcast? Most of their viewers probably don't even know who Netlist is but many might look them up. Could help to be a big day tomorrow.

robcobb NLST The jury went to deliberate at 3:35 central time.Jason was classic Jason.He used (Out of timber so crooked )again .The Micron lawyers closing statements were very loud and told the jury to watch the ball over and over.Jason presentation was calm ,and passionate at the right times! I think Jason proved beyond a preponderance of the evidence all the points in the claims (IMO)but it is up to the jury to decide! It is a waiting game now . I will let everyone know the verdict when I know!

My bad, the Company I was trying to think of, Inphi, was bought out by Marvel Technologies.
Inphi was the 4th stooge in this, but reached some sort of agreement with NetList.

$20/share is theft. Maybe this is part of the strategy, get shareholders so fed up they tell Chuck "take the offer".

Despite what I have seen post on this message board for YEARS now the Company together with its patented IP is worth far more than a $20 dollar bill per share.

Remember, the 3 amigos conspired to take NetList OUT, thus having access to all of NetList patents. This would also give them the ability to sue other Companies for patent infringement just as NetList is doing to them. Only they have much deeper pockets and political/lobby power.
NetList was on life support 2018-2019 after Scamscum breeched their contract with NetList. All planned IMO.

The market is WAY too forward looking. Powell utters something like "The economy is looking strong" and the markets panic because interest rates won't be lowered. If he even HINTS about the possibility of a rate INCREASE? The market panics and goes down in flames.

A company comes out with earnings and beats expectations. But because they "only" beat by 10%? The market punishes them for not knocking it out of the park.

It's ridulous.
