((((You Are Correct))))
But, they need another quarter to confirm.
We are about to run IMO.
Not a bad 10q......revenues increasing, 10 machines to be up & running in the near future and a good chance of the army contract to be fulfilled by the end of this month. Is it possible that this thing is finally waking up??
GLTA
Ha, I though you were going to say POOP
(((((CAN YOU SMELL IT?)))))
The smell of a buyout?
8K filed on Friday.......CFO Gerald Kochanski resigns effective June 15th.

Looks like a gap was filled at .90 and there is another one at .85. I think we close green today with strength coming in the afternoon. People that oversubscribed are holding their shares. We are about to explode IMO
It just shows you how fast this can move because of the tiny float. If they do get the army contract - this could easily hit $5 imo. This last move looks like it was just speculation that we would get news on that front. I've been holding since 2009 like a few here and may finally see some pay back this year. Grabbing market share in the dialysis world has proved to be much more difficult than many thought but with the help of the DOD and their Bellco & Chem-Aqua partnerships, Neph seems to be finally getting the attention it has deserved.......
GLTA

I HAVE TWO HUNDRED TO THROW ON THIS,IS IT WORTH BUYING DINNER SHARES.I SURELY DONT WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS CONPANY!
I hope my over subscription happens
I sure never thought this would bounce back this fast!
I guess I shoulda thrown some more $$$ in, LOL!
That woulda been an easy double...
Oh well...
:)
Your $5 target could turn out to be right!
I sure hope so.
It would be really nice to have this FINALLY pay off.
For now, I'm happy to be GREEN AGAIN!!! YIPPEE!!!
I actually sold the last of my shares at around 80 cents, had a feeling it would keep dropping. I am however looking to get back in, they appear to be in a good position at this point. Possible big military deal, got the short term financing they need, and the sales are moving in the right direction. I can see this being $5+ within the next few months.
So did you do the rights offering this time?
I'm thinking I'll sit this one out...
this company just doesn't seem to be able to deliver.
POTENTIAL means nothing
when it's squandered by management.
I don't feel like throwing any more $$$ at this
when it's been dead money for years already,
and it doesn't seem like that will change anytime soon...
Wish to hell I had sold last May...
but I was STUPID enough to believe that things were FINALLY turning around!!!
Kick myself everytime I look at the chart :(
Thanks for the info.
Lots of potential here, just seems strange that they hired a team of salespeople to sell their amazing product, then next thing they are all getting fired!? This stock could fly to the moon...or it could crash and burn...
DD'ing this one, glta who own it, I may take a position ...
Well...since the mili tary order seems at the very least, partially likely, we could see a rise to anywhere from $3-$5 depending on the % of the contract won. The chemaqua deal should start to produce revenues soon as well. The big prize is the ol-pur mdhdf, if they can somehow get it to market aNd prove its perceived efficacy you could be sitting on a $20+++ stock.
I feel like I am chasing, usually doesn't end well
I hate this stock. Just keep getting deeper and deeper with this mess. I feel pot committed. You subscribing to all this BS. I think I am going to play the game. They are very good at sucking us in
Dianne, can you post a link to rights offering? I still can't find the info. Thanks
Yippee...another rights offering in the works...
these people are flailing
and I'm losing any respect for the management here.
Yeah, Neph is still alive. Hopefully they will grow and we will all get rich...
Has everyone left this forum? Is Neph still alive??
I hear you...
but I still have hope for this company.
Anyone know how expensive those water filters really are?
How feasible would it be to sell them to the public?
Like Brita pitchers...
or water bottle size, that you could carry with you???
(instead of buying bottled water)
They could be marketed as a "green" alternative to bottled water...
Realistically there were no new sales for 2nd qtr. Based on my research, its beginning to look like the olpur md hdf is a moot issue....mainly due to the fixed reimbursement system if medicare and the dominance of fresenius and davita.
All that leaves us with is the dsu. Would we all be rich if neph can get a dsu into every hospital....YES.....will they.....Probably not.
Now lets see some nice REVENUE from SALES....
:)

About Nephros, Inc.
Nephros, Inc., headquartered in River Edge, New Jersey, is a global medical device company that focuses on the development and commercialization of liquid purification filters that combine a best in class purification to flow rate ratio with filter endurance. Today, Nephros Ultrafilters remove biological contaminants from water and bicarbonate to provide ultrapure water and bicarbonate for use in hemodialysis. Nephros Ultrafilters also purify water in the hospital/healthcare setting particularly at the point of use (i.e. at the end of the faucet or shower head). This approach has been shown to be particularly useful for infection control. Nephros is currently developing its filter technology in individual water purifiers for military applications. The company has also developed an alternative to current hemodialysis therapy known as Mid-dilution hemodiafiltration (MD-HDF). Nephros' unique and proprietary blood purification technologies enable MD-HDF to be offered to chronic renal failure patients.

Thank God!
If it wasn't for the Q's,
we'd NEVER hear a peep from this company!
:)
Hopefully, there will be something in there
that hints at PROGRESS being made...
Will, you have only 10.75 million shares out as opposed to 2 billion
39% Inst. own 39% as opposed to 0%
Cheers!
yea push up to the front of the BK line. Volumn is great here. NOT
NEPH is setting up for a push up above the old 50 day high.
God, this is going to explode.........this year.
Cheers!
I don't thinks it the volume that you like, it's the ask size
that you want.
Cheers!
does anyone know what the iwtd's sell for? thanks
The low volume only bothers "traders"...
I have no problem with it.
I also don't mind the fact that the low volume
discourages traders!
:)
Some people are looking for the big hype stocks to trade...
Neph had it's time with that back when that big stock pusher was pumping it...Michael V..something...I can't remember his name.
Look back on the chart and you will see the volume...
and the big run up.
Things didn't work out quite as planned...
They got the one approval (the DSU filter)
but the FDA screwed them over on the second one.
That caused a lot of discontent...
most people moved on.
Since the COMPANY does not promote itself, there is little public awareness.
Maybe SOMEDAY, some stock touter will jump on this again...
I'd RATHER THEY DIDN'T!!!
I'm content to wait, as long as they continue to move forward.
If the FDA had rejected them again, I would have bailed.
As long as it stays above $1.25, I'm green.
I've waited a long time, through plenty of red...
I can wait a little longer.
They just finally got approval...
NOW they need to get their filter into the dialysis centers...
being used...
Slowly but surely, they will gain market share, as people come to realize the benefits.
The water filters they are selling the army is an added bonus.
There is no point in your trying to convince the people here they should sell...
Most all of us have been here a LONG time, and know exactly why we are here.
Average volumn 35k wow. I know the float is low but for an FDA approved stock this is very pathetic pretty much like DDL
I like the volume on this stock. So high just like the pps. You better sell this garbage.
Get Outta Here...
You shouldn't be worried,
unless this was a "trade" for you...
those of us who have been around,
holding for years,
have been through MUCH WORSE
and come out the other side smiling :)
This too will pass...
It pulled back to roughly the 50 MA on the daily, 100 MA on the weekly.
Most techie people would claim that was to be expected, right?
I wouldn't be surprised if it dropped into the 1.20's...
If that's going to freak you out;
then you might as well bail now.
One draw back of this company is that they do not promote AT ALL.
On one hand I like that...
Better to keep your mouth shut and quietly go about BUSINESS,
than be one of those OTHER CONpanies
who are always tooting their horn, and FAIL TO DELIVER ON ANYTHING!
...it would be NICE if they kept the shareholders in the loop though...
So I still shouldn't be worried? It's been a rough few weeks here. Someone make the bleeding stop..
You might be right! Just look at all the volumn go nephros. !!!
You better go back and read some of the latest quotes, and read them
real good.
Quotes from the 10Q
The CEO is setting this up to be sold. IMO
GLTY
buyouts are a dream that I welcome in all my holdings other than neph.
mgmt of neph is running the ship with the intention to generate revenue. it's obvious with the newly hired ceo and sales directors.
Don't worry, Nephros will be bought out shortly after that. The
saving to hospitals is just too much for the big medical companies
to ignore. 12 to 17 dollars sounds about right to me. Nephros does
have some kind of insider pull with the military also.
I have not sold one share in 4 years.
It's been 3 months since the sales director was hired.
It's been 1 month since the CEO was hired.
It's been 1 month since the FDA approval.
I'm thinking we get an update on partnership and revenue in say 1 to 2 quarters.
