Anyone know why this is going up?

10 to 1 makes it easy for me to calculate my losses http://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/NASDAQ/nemaura-medical-NMRD/stock-news/81282837/nemaura-medical-announces-1-for-10-reverse-split
Don't let the 6% price rise fool you. The sellers outnumbered the buyers by more than a 2:1 margin today.
Hopefully Faz career is destroyed after this for dupping investors. Why did they not mention if they plan on getting delisted in january or do a reverse stock split. Kind of important I would say. Why did Faz not distribute some product to his so called mid east customers that he was just waiting on ce approval for? Why does Faz not answer when asked about DBE? What credibility did he think he had to distribute in all of europe? The thing I dont understand is with insider ownership so high why would they want the stock to go to almost nothing? I feel so sorry for all who invested heavily in this. Remember Faz fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. That's what all of nemaura investors are thinking. No one will want to buy this with all the uncertainty. They will run out of money soon and burn the investors for what little they have left.
@think. I can understand that many long time investors in nmrd have suffered untold losses that it makes no difference to them staying the course to the very end even if that end means bankruptcy. But let’s call a spade a spade, I see a lot of confirmation bias going on here. Faz has been very deceptive every step of the way that I have to conclude that sugarBEAT is probably vaporware in the sense that it simply cannot do what they promised. The fact that sugarBEAT data has not been peer reviewed is a major red flag we all ignored all this while. This alone should have made nmrd not investable. Faz and nmrd must be hiding something. This device is probably at best good for pre diabetics or as a generic wearable and should be marketed as such. They need significant investment in r&d to achieve the accuracy levels acceptable to the diabetes market. I don’t see that happening. This company has more red flags than the Chinese communist party. They were very evasive at the EASD conference and the presentation did not look like a standard scientific paper. Their User experience “data” was telling too because it was not random users but THREE carefully selected close associates or employees of nmrd. This is unacceptable. FDA won’t accept this. The CE mark is just a smokescreen. Time to stop giving nmrd a pass and report this pos to the sec so they don’t replicate this fraud in the pinks. Time has caught up with Faz and the whole deck could collapse.
I believe the product is not a scam but management needs to go. Faz may be a good scientist but he's horrible at marketing and being a CEO. Giving DBE exclusive rights to market this in all of Europe was not smart at all. Dallas Burston a guy who only cares about his polo club. He should of only allowed them rights to the u.k maybe to see how thstvworked out so he had the option to market it into other European territories with another distributor. Not having this product ready after ce approval is beyond incompetent. Nemaura had all the time in the world with the huge ce delay so what the heck were they doing? Not answering investors emails is totally unacceptable. My best hope for them now is to sell or partner with a company I am almost sure can market this quickly Abbott or dexcom.

Off course nmrd would prefer to go back to the pink sheets where they can get new suckers to buy into a repackaged story. It’s all too clear this is a near scam. Cut your losses and take this as a lesson in investing.
FDA approval would be huge , no doubt about it . It just really stuck out , that part of NASDAQ compliancy In last 10q , almost as if they thought it was achievable if only for 10 straight trading days? Going back to the Pinks not the end of the world, hell it was selling for $5 a share then . I think the talk of bankruptcy is premature given that they have already stated they have enough until Nov. 2020
Without a rollout how would the stock have 10 straight says over a dollar? We know for sure that there will not be a rollout before the January delisting. So the only long shot is the FDA which there is no way I see with approval if it happens before January the stock price going over a dollar for 10 days straight. Why would the market care much about FDA approval when they can't up to this point successfully launch anywhere with ce approval? Does anyone know what timeframes DBE has to launch this before nemaura can take legal action against them? That is very important.
If FDA does get delayed, which not officially late I think til end of December( if counting just business days )it could be for a myriad of reasons including more info needed from manufacturer. There's no Q that a lapse in long term planning occurred but perhaps moving forward depended on CE approval entirely ? The loan from major shareholder I think was in part because management knew major delays were inevitable because of long delays in supply chain for components for SB and also delays for creating the digital services they plan to offer in addition to hardware? At the end of the day this is still a CE approved product that has limited production volume enough for UK ,Ireland and maybe Germany ? I'm hoping sp drama goes away with 10 straight days of closing bid above $1 at which point that clock is at least reset til June. I've harped months and months ago about the lack of manufacturing capacity ( and obviously now production of the individual components) as well as the lack of corporate structure and skeleton crew .
@WhiskeyBusiness DBE had years to prepare their website and launch plans. Specifically it was DBE's Chris Avery who was in charge of preparing to launch. He failed miserably in this task yet Chaz hires him from DBE and makes him VP of Global Operations. Makes no sense to me.
As far as trading above $1 before January...we all know that isn't going to happen. There is absolutely nothing planned that would cause the SP to rise like that. I predicted .50's in November and I predict .40's before the year is over. Then another 5 or 6 months before UK launch so the SP will continue it's decline well into 2020.
I believe there is something else going on with the product that we are not aware of. Something that caused the FDA to send sugarBeat back to Nemaura's drawing board. It could be a long time before this thing actually launches.
I rather nemaura do a reverse stock split to stay on the Nasdaq. FAZ made a ass out of shareholders since ce approval. Before he could hide behind that saying there hands are tied behind there back. Now being ce approved and who knows when or if a real launch will ever happen? Mid east customers are probably gone he had lined up. Dallas Burston seems to care only about his polo club. Why would FAZ give exclusive marketing rights to him to distribute in all of Europe? He should of went with someone with a proven record. How long can DBE hold up a launch for before legal action is taken? Hard to believe it takes so long to get the components for sugar beat. Faz and nemaura hardly ever update shareholders or answer emails. To me that's unacceptable. It shows they dont care are hiding something or both. I feel sorry for everyone who invested heavily in this. Break the contract with DBE and pay at a break up fee if needed stock is getting destroyed. How was the investor who loaned nemaura millions of dollars so confident? How long can they go with no real sales before trying to raise capital again? People won't be fooled nex th time I guarantee it. I'm holding my shares very frustrating.
@Think while latest 10Q disappointing with delay of commercial launch I can't say I'm surprised since we were already told weeks ago that there was something in the order of 4-8 months wait from manufacturer for individual components that make-up Sugarbeat ?!? I also don't see how DBE could possibly put together related digital web coaches/ services in such a short amount of time by January ? There's not much to talk about until FDA news, results from private insurer study in Germany and possibly a capital raise ( sp could be reflecting such plus end of year tax selling) . There's definitely a possibility this goes back to the Pinks unless they get closing bid above $1 for 10 straight trading days , not the end of the world .
In the 50's today 52 week low
All the time now who's going to fund this pos when they run out of money? Investors have lost all confidence. Why was this forum so active when everyone was bullish on it but now that its bearish no one wants to respond? Admit it FAZ fooled us all we got burned. Bankruptcy soon? I gave them the benefit of the doubt but not now with ce approval. There management is the worst I ever seen.

"Toxic Work Culture is Forcing Top Talent to Head to the Exit"
@Whiskey. is fred on his way out? seen other things that lead me to believe some of the execs are frustrated with delays and changing vision of nmrd.
Does anyone know how long DBE has to delay the launch of sugar beat before nemaura can take legal action against them and ir drop them for another distributor?
Oh jeez, what were these likes ? The Sugarwatch gluco thing in Asia? ??
Recent LinkedIn likes by Fred schaebsdau should scare everyone out of this pos.
Nemaura can not lie anymore. Nothing will move this stock FDA approval included except solid sales. Faz should be a used car salesman.
The big lie continues.....
"Nemaura Medical Inc (NASDAQ:NMRD) revealed with second-quarter results on Monday that it was executing aggressively on its commercial strategy for SugarBEAT, the world’s first painless glucose monitor.
Nemaura launched shipments of its SugarBEAT continuous glucose monitors to patients in August in the UK. The wave of shipments is Nemaura’s first foray into the European market after receiving its CE ark, an EU seal of approval, in May."
How can Nemaura launch into Europe when DBE has the rights to Europe? And DBE's website is not excepting orders.
Why are the sales not recorded on the just released 10Q?
Why did they not disclose the number of units sold?
Again, this fake press release is designed to prop up the SP with double talk meant to misinform.
Think we need to send an email to Faz asking him what’s going on.
Plenty of CEO respond to individual investor emails. He should be no different.

@MarketGeometry The strange thing is there was no selloff. Today was one of those rare days when the buyers outnumbered the sellers 45K to 16K.
Maybe the market makers recognized today's re-release of the fake commercial launch news for what it is.
Same old bs as usually with them. Broken promises, delayed launch plans, no clear market strategy. The list goes on and on. Delesting or reverse stock split in January is virtually guarenteed crushing the stock further. I suggest everyone dump there shares before the reverse split or delesting.
Was there any changes recently posted. What is the trigger for today’s selloff.
Soon it will be under 100 million for the market cap. Let's congratulate FAZ and nemaura management in advance on this milestone accomplishment. Keeps going down nasdaq delisting next then maybe bankruptcy? Always hitting a 52 week low. ??
Big bill is right everyone should sell there shares now and try and buy back maybe after the January delisting and or reverse stock split. Maybe management will wake up when people start dumping this pos.
Thanks for the advice big bill, is there a time frame as to when nemaura can take legal action against DBE for not launching this product? It would of been insane for FAZ and nemaura to not add that stipulation into the contract.
@Think As stated before I am sitting on less than a 1000 shares as I strategically sold most of my position at 1.05. I saw the downward trend coming. However, I have drunken enough NMRD Kool Aid as to believe this company has a lot of potential and I'm looking for a strategic re-entry point which now looks like late February.
Think, for whatever it's worth, it does not make any sense to ride this stock all the way down. If you believe the SP will continue to go down in the next 8 months before launch you should consider selling and re-buying at a lower price. You will end up with more shares that way.
I would also recommend researching the strategies of using a stop loss. Properly executed you can end up with a lot more shares using the same amount of money. IMHO
Big bill are you still holding shares of nmrd? At this price I would rather risk it going bankrupt before I sell my shares. The investor who loaned nemaura millions of dollars recently must have great confidence in them. Apparently more then most do right now. I wonder if he knows something?
@Think4 Be patient, they expressed plans to launch in another 6-8 months, presumably when things are a little less hectic at the polo club and they can focus a little attention on sugarBeat.
Now if these idiots were smart they would assist DBE in putting a professional website together instead of that garbage that's online now. Maybe incorporate some of those "disrupt the industry" videos.
In all seriousness, with the launch coming 6 months after whatever happens on January 11th I can see the SP dipping down into the .30's or even lower. In the last year the stock dropped 65% even with CE approval.
8 more months is a LONG time!
Quote of the day:
" Dr. Faz Chowdhury, CEO of Nemaura commented, “With our current scale of manufacturing in United Kingdom and the first shipments of SugarBEAT® CGM devices to diabetic and pre-diabetic patients, we believe we are well positioned to move aggressively into the commercial phase of our strategy in Europe."
(from the previously cited First Shipments link)
@Bigbill. You hit the nail on the head. But for this company being bare bones the lawyers will be all over this one.
Yes I remember clearly. What a big joke. FAZ is running out of time to fool investors. Its obvious this launch will be delayed or at the very least be available on a very limited basis. The company is going to run put of money with no sales and nobody will purchase the stock or want to fund them because of it.
The Big Lie: Remember this press release?
"Nemaura Medical Announces First Shipments of SugarBEAT® Devices to Diabetic and Pre-Diabetic Patients as Part of its First..."
Dr. Faz Chowdhury, CEO of Nemaura Medical, stated, “We are very pleased to have commenced the first phase of our commercial launch. This represents a major achievement for the Company as we transition from product development to a full-fledged commercial organization.”
Everybody on the boards were excited as was the intention of the headline. Yet there were no details of the mysterious shipments.
That was on August 7th. For the 10Q ending September 30, 2019 Nemaura reported 0 revenue. The 10Q makes no mention of any pending accounts receivable, which would be a big deal, right? Their first receivables?
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/NASDAQ/nemaura-medical-NMRD/stock-news/80491243/nemaura-medical-announces-first-shipments-of-sugar
Something just doesn't add up. Is there a reasonable explanation for this other than an attempt to manipulate the SP with flagrant false information?
So with no credibility why would FAZ give DBE exclusive rights for all of Europe? With insider ownership so high he has a ton to lose why does he seem not to care?
@iddrisw Man, you got that right. I haven't found any evidence of them having distribution experience. And the cheap look of that website won't help them either.
Who last year would have believed that it would take Nemaura almost a year to launch after CE approval? So much for Chaz's aggressive launch!
Yeah they will likely dilute to bankruptcy. DBE healthcare is a fraud and does not exist. There is no evidence they can sell anything.
The investor who loaned nemaura millions of dollars is screwed. What happens when they run out of cash nobody will want to loan them anything because there track record of launching this product is horrible. Investors won't be fooled again into buying this. Bankruptcy in the future??
I sold about 13k shares shortly before market close and moved the money to another stock, but I'm no insider, just had lucky timing. Once the report came out, I was relieved I did, though I'm still stuck with 5k shares. I tried to unload those at .67 with no luck. The ask was .60 at that point.
