Good luck guys and gals? (:>)

the 1$ chase is the first stop for the next big new..
I never have understood why most of the "best" or so it would seem, posters on this and any company choose to post on other boards rather than here,IHUB.
On other boards you can't post a link;At IHUB as long as you follow TOS usually a post won't get deleted so this makes for a good standing record of "on topic" postings.
You have the ability to use bold, italics and a host of other things that make IHUB better than the rest in my opinion.
I say this because there has not been one post today on this board about the conference call yet many elsewhere.
I guess I just don't get it....far as I am concerned with all the spam and other garbage on other boards this one is what makes sense.
Oh well....I did become mod again only to update the IBOX which I worked on previously several years ago. When I am finished I will probably resign as there is no one here to moderate anyway. LOL!
Good luck........and if anyone cares I lightened my load some this morning so I could sit on free shares ,seemed the prudent thing to do but if it pulls back very much I'll probably reload.I don't own that many shares anyway so ,not a big mover and shaker here.
a little example
http://thedailygold.com/oversold-can-gold-get/
wait for the monster bubble to explode, all candy crush and facebook etc etc apple, etc etc
you will resource gaining 50% by day in a row
gold is ultracheap for the next 20 years....
With billions of the earth's population planning on kids and up-classing their consumption (and the resulting waste products and garbage), hard to understand how no new resources needed.
Strange the environmentalists are not in to funding a ship or whatever, to go out and reclaim the plastic islands in the pacifc water dead zones. I saw a video of a Japanese inventor that relatively low-heat melted the clear plastic into basically reclaimable plastic and fuel oil. Resource poor and challenged Japan might be interested in that . . . but big guys want nuclear fun and oil companies hardly interested . . . Frack it and pipelines across the farm lands. No real answers except population control (and business is against that also) . . . witness illegals and job out-sourcing. They believe inflation is healthy and so is birth-to-death credit cards.
Once a people or country like New G decides western lifestyle beats fasting and no radio batteries, etc. . . . they need money to buy things with. Human behavior has always exploited Nature. Even herds overgraze until re-balanced.
Nautilus is still several years from any mining . . . relax . . . and figure where the funding will come from . . . us? ;)
Prospect of world's first deep-sea mine sparks environmental fears
Don't ya just love there scary headline above? BOO!
LISTEN OR READ link below >>>>>
"The world's first deep-sea mine could soon become a reality after a Canadian mining company agreed plans to dig up part of the seabed off Papua New Guinea. Nautilus Minerals intends to use a British-built robot to extract copper, gold and other metals from the ocean floor, 1,500 metres below sea level. Richard Page, oceans campaigner at Greenpeace International, gave us his reaction to the news."

Nautilus Minerals and PNG resolve issues, sign accord
By: Henry Lazenby
Mining Weekly
TORONTO (miningweekly.com) – Deep-sea mining hopeful Nautilus Minerals and the Independent State of Papua New Guinea (PNG) last week settled their financing differences and signed an agreement that would enable the Solwara 1 project to move forward toward production with the full support of the State.
Under the agreement, the State would take an initial 15% interest in the project, with an option to take a further 15% interest within 12 months of the agreement becoming unconditional. The State had paid Nautilus a non-refundable deposit for its initial 15% interest of $7-million.
The company’s TSX-listed shares have more-than-doubled in the past five days, and on Friday continued with its ascent, gaining up to C$0.13 a share in early trading, and closed up 20% at C$0.48 apiece.
Toronto-based Nautilus on Thursday said that the agreement was conditional upon the State, through a subsidiary of Petromin PNG Holdings, securing by July 31, the $113-million in funding for the State's 15% share of the capital required to complete the development phase of the project up to first production.
These funds would be placed in escrow until Nautilus had satisfied certain conditions for their release.
Among the requirements were that Nautilus would need to secure chartering of a production support vessel and secure certain intellectual property rights for the State.
The agreement envisions the parties creating an unincorporated joint venture to operate the project. After first production, Petromin's subsidiary would contribute funds in proportion to its interest.
Nautilus said that if the conditions of the agreement were satisfied and the State completed buying its 15% interest in the project, the ongoing arbitration concerning Nautilus' claim for damages related to the termination of the State equity option agreement dated 29 March, 2011, shall be dismissed.
However, if the State did not complete the transaction, then the position the parties were in prior to signing the agreement would be reinstated.
Nautilus CEO Mike Johnston said that the company was pleased to have achieved an amicable resolution of its issues with the State.
"This step represents a major vote of confidence in Nautilus Minerals and the Solwara 1 project. Through this joint venture, the State will provide a significant capital investment and will retain a direct interest in the long-term success of the project. We look forward to working closely with the State and Petromin on Solwara 1, which will generate significant economic activity within the State and the province of New Ireland," he said.
Johnston added that Nautilus was now focusing its attention on securing a suitable vessel arrangement and would continue with its discussions with potential vessel partners, while also undertaking a tender process with shipyards experienced in building offshore construction vessels. The company intends to have a vessel solution in place before the end of the year, he said.
Johnston continued to enjoy the support of the board, with his interim role as president and CEO having now been made permanent.
News agency Reuters on Monday reported that construction of Nautilus’ deep-sea mining robot was complete.
The Solwara 1 project sits about 1 500 m underwater, and is a seafloor massive sulphide deposit, which forms along hydrothermal vents where mineral-rich fluids spurt from cracks in the ocean crust.
Equipped with cameras and three dimensional sonar sensors, the robot is driven by two pilots from a control room on the vessel above, attached via a giant power cable.

Best news I heard in years was down big, when news finally came about pieces coming together I avg down in big big way.... World wasn't ready for NUS back then anyway... Were close robots Are reAdy.... Lessss go! Next stop mining in space!!! Lol
Quote from another board
by louieforlife
"$120,000,000 for a 15% interest = $800,000,000 is the worth for the full company
Stock price of $0.43 with 444 million shares outstanding the current market cap is less than $200 million!
This stock would need to rise to $1.80 to match the current value of this deal!
I am not a legal expert, but I believe the $120 million PNG just committed to, was only for a joint venture to mine Solara 1 as well as a small claim on IP rights. It does not include any other Solara site in PNG or any other underwater mining claims Nautilus has.
This is awesome! The stock can quadruple from here before it hits fair value for only a portion of its current mining portfolio. Also, keep in mind that Solara 1 costs and profits are based on I believe a 3 years operation. After that, sky is the limit on this thing!"

Read through this PDF file ,one of several on their website that will show you if you are new to this company that they aren't some BS company doing this on a whim.It is so detailed and extensive it exemplifies what the future could be here.
I don't know if anyone will make money here, nor do I know the future but with your own Due Diligence on this company and settlement with PNG,,,,, this has opened this up again as one of the potentially best stock investments this year and possibly the next decade.I don't know how anyone could not buy into at the very least a small piece of this pie.
The company has planned and strategized for years,it's as real as it gets.Check out their website for more extensive reports and information.

Check out historical prices
It was about 3 years ago it traded over 3.00 a share ,as high as 3.50
That was before the most recent dilution of shares. We're now at 444 million O/S
So if you cut the price in half for the high....because of share dilution ,that would put us at 1.75
However, factor in the fact that 90% of the equipment to start their first project is complete now and wasn't then and all they have left is the ship build which some estimate can be done in as little as 3 months.Plus, they are getting a boost to their cash and have yet to announce a partner in the ship build so I don't think there will be more dilution to shareholders.
You could at this point figure since the game is back on that 2.00 a share is not out of the realm of possibilities and 2.50 is very probable when they start to mine if not more?
The 200 million share increase was just about 1 year ago;I believe this is the correct PR that mentions it for the first time MARCH 28TH,2013 >>>

If you look at historic P/B ratios, this should be trading between $2-3 per share. In 2009-2011 before the dispute P/B was ~1.5-2.5x. At current PPS it stands at about .46, and that doesn't factor in the $120M to be contributed by the govt

with revenues and with all that mines, etc etc
cash in hand this is more than 1$ stock
now I'm sure
Seriously considering if there were shorts on this planning on it going belly up.....and having to cover ....not sure about that.....but very possible.
Hit 1.03 less than a year ago when someone pumped it as a buyout...in 1 day,,,look at chart last July 25th
I think this stock will break 1$ someday it's a bargain, and imagine with revenues, etc etc
will go very long here, very very long
I will consider to sell some well above 1$ but only 1/3 of my shares
good luck
Consider that there are penny stocks trading much higher than this with billions of shares outstanding and don't have the potential here.Plus,Once the cash starts rolling they could do a share buyback...and reduce the outstanding ..etc.etc..
The fact is this whole thing should have been cleared up long before now,but it is what it is.Get in or get left behind in my opinion.
I'm considering more myself if/when I can afford it if share price stabilizes and it doesn't run harder and farther than anyone is thinking it may.
I expect to see trading resume with more activity than the last year now that things are starting to move forward,we'll see.It may arrive at a value the market deems appropriate and just hang out until the next bit of news.Question is what is the markets opinion of where price should be?
Should be interesting tomorrow ,since it was first day of a move ,should go higher.....I still think .50 and possibly as high as .75 in the interim...if it blows up to 1.00+ will you continue holding? I might sell half at that point and wait for a pullback ,which I might not get,but ......just saying...will be interesting.I understand some are in much higher so of course they won't be selling until they see a profit....understandable.
Just kind of curious to see what plays out here now
Still a am gapper tho ;)
Problem is the 150m shares issued in rights offering at .20 last year... Might be a slow climb back to dollars... I bought 15k around .30 today though I believe long term super lotto here
I own nautilus. Bought some in the dollar range up to 2 dollars doubled done when it dropped to 50 cents and doubled again in the 20 cent area. Bought this maybe 3-4 years ago on stanberrys tout.
This is my lottery ticket. I think the company has unbelievable potential but it could be a few years before we hit big. (Really big) I believe they are moving in the right direction and I may consider buying more
ridiculus try to go down again, this is going up and UP
140 million $ in cash at 0,3X????
EHEMMMMM
clever people accumulating now, going to 1$ and with revenue in the future 2$ perhaps on the way!!!
let's go
this was a 2 to 3$ stock, returning only to 1$ is NOTHING
come on!!
only 2000 shares here but I think we will go to 1$ again one of these months
good luck!!!
IM longtime bagholder, averaged down today on first good news in long time
You got your wish today, good news from PNG. The price has got a long way to go before I get my money back but this is the most positive news in the last 2 years.
Hopefully onwards and upwards from now on.
Is there any real long holder here?
I have an 0,23$ avg now not many shares but I think this could be one of the most undervalued stock in the earth with some news about PNG resolution, copper and others minerals are there...
someone more think this is a 1$ to 2$ stock or I'm the only one?
one example of what I say, I have BHRT a pharma company I was at 0,05$ bought with a good quantity of shares, I believed it was all lost when it was less than 0,0090$ now I have recovered all money, plus 650$ extra and still 2500$ of proffit in form of shares
we must not loose the faith all the money invested here but Nautilus will be recovered with time, and ANGLO would not put money if they not see future in the project..
thanks and I know anglo is in with 11% of Nautilus and other metal industry company too...
I think this is future, but until we know what will happen with PRG we will be there at 0,20 range for a time, I tried to buy some shares but only get 1500 shares I want 6000 more but I will try to load slowly here, if nautilus have succes this will not be a 0,20 stock for sure I'm thinking in 1$ minimum and add all this flour and mines in the ocean...
I will stay long here and add sometimes when I have funds, I'm in others stock at London too and some other OTC with big losses and solar sector, but my first interest is in GOLD, RARE EARTHS, SILVER, COPPER and COAL in africa, phosphates too..
I had a terribe loss with EXM (an navy stock) and ANGM in london... but still holding some stocks and waiting to see return here
NAUTILUS is for me one of these strange bet, but I still feel good here for the future, all this projects, now RARE earth, plus gold, etc
We will see, but I like this stock, obviously must be hated but all of the investors who believed in and bought at more than 1$ or 2$ but in two or three years where we can be?
good luck and thank for the answer
I have been a Nautilus shareholder for over 3 years. The reason it is only at 20 cents is because it has been in a battle with the Papua New Guinnea goverment for the last 2 years. That has caused major cash flow problems as well as a delay in building the ship that has all the facilities to carryout the sea floor dredging and processing on deck.
The Company does have some major shareholders who have stood by them so unless they go totally out of business then they could be a turnaround success. I hope so because I paid way more than today's prices when i bought in and I just can't bring myself to spend anymore in averaging down because i just don't know whether it will be a win or not.
It is one of those situations when you wish you could see inside a crystal ball.
