( including tightly linked sister company BESN )

James E. Cohen was one of the creators of that massively failed entity, NTUR.pk ( previously ".OB" until they stopped filing ) and the tightly connected Blue Earth Solutions ( BESN.pk, same story ) . NTUR and BESN shared, and continue to share the same business addresses, office space, many of the same people, and the same phone numbers, etc. in some respects, they are indistinguishable entities.

Natural Blue, after a R/S and merger, went public as the descendant of the shares in Datameg ( DTMG.ob, once a failing VOIP communications service provider )

DTMG.ob, at 4 cents, became NTUR.ob at $4.00 after the R/S and merger. and it actually held at the $4.00 level for a short while. just under one year. NTUR.pk is in the penny and sub-penny range much of the time recently. it has no more value as far as the charts are concerned.

"James E. Cohen, Sr." ( he does not always use the Sr. ) was chairman and CEO of NTUR at the time it was formed. He and his wife Patricia had many shares, approximately 10M shares each in the initial filing. LOTS ! ( out of the 50M issued ) his son Jr. was a principal in BESN at the same time

i have confirmed information that the SEC is examining NTUR, its founders ( J.C., P.C., et al ) and the current crop of Atlantic "managers" { Joseph Montalto, Salvatore Tecce, Michael J. Donato, Alan B. Duncan , as fine a group of layabouts, and prevaricators that corporate America has ever seen !} .

here is what i know, as bullets, to save verbiage :

(1) SEC Investigation has commenced
(2) Phone Number of N.B. : 781.933.4333 was RECENTLY disconnected
(3) there is evidence that NTUR is no longer located at 36 Commerce Way in Woburn as indicated on the NaturalBlueResources.com web site
(4) NTUR PERSONNEL DO NOT ( ever ) respond to emails or phone calls, or HTML inquiries via the form on the web site
(5) NTUR founder J.C. DOES NOT PICK UP OR RETURN PHONE CALLS .
(6) the SEC investigation was not about the insider buying pre-February 11, 2011 -- it was about NTUR corporate fraudulent activities - - this is a fact
(7) the principal Atlantic personnel listed above are being sued as Part of Atlantic demolition in Philadelphia Federal Court ( google this )
(8) i cannot locate phone numbers for any of the Atlantic personnel, and i have searched a lot. REAL BUSINESS PEOPLE do not need to hide.
(9) IMO, the Atlantic people, where ever they are hiding, need to file their revenue ( claimed on the site ) by april 15 or 30, or whenever the deadline for filing 2011 revenue is with the feds ( SEC, IRS ) . if they do not claim this income by 12/31/2011 ( by which i mean the filing deadline for 2011 ) then the agreements so successfully pumped in Jan/Feb of 2011 are defunct. Jim Cohen, when we last spoke ( months ago ) confirmed that this agreement was still operative.

(10) when i last spoke to J.C. in October 2011, he refused to indicate whether any of the $45M in revenue ( claimed on the NTUR site ) would ever accrue to NTUR.

To me it appears as one or two buyers and lately it has been one, however they have been methodically soaking up shares

I noticed our buyer is very methodical, first test he waters with a 25k bid and if it goes without getting hit a day or two, they bring their total up to 100k

so, 100K at 2 cents ( i only use round numbers in discussions ) is $2,000.00 , a moderate buying committment, nice to see as you say .

when we see a bid of 5 cents for 100,000 and then a bid of 10 cents for 100,000 - then that will be a strong enough committment to call a rally.

my project committment here in the factory ends this weekend, and starting next week, i'll have time for research projects and phone calls -- when i get home early enough in the afternoon to do so.

IMO not one of the bids is reasonable given the asks.

mine are for sale at 50 cents. if that never happens, then it never happens .

as i said, the 4m shares of D'Meg i originally had at 4 cents, have been written off ( in my mind ) as a complete loss.

and at 35 cents for my current NTUR holdings, i am made whole. that would restore the D'Meg loss, and also cover the NTUR acquisition costs as well.

so my price is 50 cents, and no buyer need bid below that . . . .
