NTRU - Weird. What woke this stock up?
I agree....what's even more concerning is the lack of guidance or transparency.
What are these people doing?
Surely they can do better than keep the stock @ 1cent?
Some of it may be true but I also smell a rat. This company seem to have problems from day one. They are like the Dutch football team; individually they are masters but put them in a team and they screw up.
Very disappointed my kinsmen fail to produce, rather unlike the Dutch...
$NTRU - showing signs of a potential near future run?
Weird. Just checking the charts on this one occasionally. A few tech indicators showing potential.
I moved on some time ago, very disappointed , really cannot understand what was so difficult to put a business in place to sell a product that according what I could find out, is well accepted in the market place.
Yes!!!... what is going on?! Is there any info out there? With the Chinese connection, I would figure the economies of scale would kick in for sales? This is very frustrating!....
Must admit, this stock has been a big disappointment. Thought the Dutch would do better at running this company but it seems they have a problem working with each other. Time for them to provide an honest update of their business plan implementation and the way forward.
NTRU Dead stock? Echo chamber in here.
I would have thought the Dutch could do better than this.
This company seem to have a big problem in keeping its house in order.
From what I gathered from the Securities Registration Statement (s-1) published SEPT. 25, 2019
The company is growing and spreading their wings....
ok.
that's the "Ostrich Theory" of investing.
all of Spencer's misdeed's came BEFORE the reverse merger that he orchestrated between his company Future Healthcare and Natur.
so his history has no bearing on expectations about his future conduct.
got it.
you may want to contact CAMAC about Spencer:

The article doesn't tell me who did what to whom that's in any way criminal or illegal and to me its part of history that has no relevance anymore.
But I am not going to argue with you about the severity of the transactions that took place and any long-lasting "scam" effect, that something you must decide and act accordingly.
I am comfortable with the way things are.
In general, any company can be a scam, remember ENRON?
But your concern can best be answered by the previous CEO of Heineken, US Operations who is a director and on the NTRU board.
I am always curious that a man of that stature and corporate history would spend his last years in a scam company.
maybe I am naive, but to me, highly unlikely.
Please see my post to Atlanta.
I am lost. Please indicate what Spencer's role/involvement is in the present structured NTRU as it exists today.
Spencer has a history of sucking all the money out of the companies he runs.
LSYN is currently in a shareholder fight to have Spencer and his whole board ousted because of excessive salaries and large dilutive stock awards.
He ran FAB Universal into the ground (the symbol was - believe it or not - FU)
Spencer rapes companies and shareholders for his own personal gain.
The track record is very clear.
Yeah but the question is, how do you know for sure? Maybe they are all in on the scam? Atlanta1 warned earlier about the involvement of Christopher J. Spencer (care to tell us more?). And when you see Alpha Capital Anstalt all the alarm bells should be ringing.
So I am still not sure if I should hold on or sell what I am holding at the moment for a small profit, thoughts?
I am surprised how well they pay these directors/advisors etc. If they are worth their money the company must see a rich future and similarly these people are not going to go to bed with a company that's about to go out of business soon.
Irrespective of how well the company may do in the future, to me there is no question that the year and start of the VEGAN economy has arrived and will grow massively and no doubt NTRU wants to be part of it.
Who is next? Not Boris Johnson I hope...….
$NTRU there is some nice volume today.
Ok, thanks shanak
HI, I did not read it yet as I am on vacation with limited internet. However if you look it up, you will see that there was a form 13 and a form 4 prior to it. I will be back after weekend and will try to figure it out.
shanak what do you make of the latest Q report, more a case of getting ready and organized for the future?
Sorry, thanks, you got that right.

I read that to, in other words he is replacing Nina but than again did she replace Bob because I have seem PR's were he is identifying himself as CEO, or do I have this all wrong?
I am not at my computer now but if this reply is incorrect let me know and will read Filing again when I am back
Is Paul Bartley replacing Rob Paladino?
If so should it not be mentioned that he left the company or assumed another position?
Seem to me they have a problem getting the right management mix in place.
Sorry but I don't see the connection as things stand at present.
Could you care to elaborate/explain your major concerns with this company?
I would think an ex executive of Heineken would think twice before he would join the Board of Directors of this "scam".
Are you sure you got the right board?
this is another Spencer scam. stay far away. look at the recent filings for LSYN and you'll see what a sleazeball Spencer is....
