I did in the first 90 seconds - I actually place the order 3 minutes before open when the bid went up to .04 and I saw 60K go off premarket and the ASK UT to .06

.04 x .06 and was hoping to get a fill at .05

Happy as can be when it came in above that

AT really did well for me on that trade!

This volatility in this stock is great, the only problem is that it is slowly churning. On the positive side, this stock is getting plenty of attention on IHUB which should help increase the volume plenty over the next few trading days.

I was just hoping to get out at .03 near open. Was frustrated I saw a bid of .05 and no fill by AT. Overjoyed with AT when they filled most of my shares at .06 on out of the gate gap up.

Folks had a chance 10 minutes later to sell at .06 when the bid got there.

Hope those that wanted took advantage of that opportunity.

I missed the one yesterday but did not let this one get away.

More than happy with a 80% gain or so on my money here, even if I only had $350 worth.

Obviously Pink OTC agree with what I've found and posted and they were quick to correct things on their site. I expect OTC BB will not be far behind.

I also expect that sooner or later NSTLQ will no longer be quoted OTC BB, it should have gone Pink in 2004 when they terminated their SEC registration and stopped filing.

Yes it happens often, this is the first time where I've seen it happen with two NYSE quoted stocks getting confused with a shell that is quoted BB despite having terminated their registration in 2004 and not filing since.

I let Knobias know and perhaps they'll fix the OTC BB site.

OTC BB site has the proper filings, but screwed up news and company profile.

One would think so, but those DOD news with the NSTLQ symbol stuck into them has been happening since at least early 2007 and obviously is still happening today.

Inter-Pro Research is the source quoted by OTC BB site.

As previously disclosed, on March 6, 2002 National Steel Corporation (the “Company”) and forty-one of its domestic subsidiaries (collectively “the Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division (the “Court”). Certain majority owned subsidiaries of the Company have been excluded from the Chapter 11 filings. The case was assigned to the Hon. John H. Squires and is being jointly administered under case number 02-08699.



On April 21, 2003, the Court approved a motion to sell substantially all of our assets to United States Steel Corporation (“USS”). Closing was completed on May 20, 2003. On August 20, 2003, the Debtors filed with the Court a Disclosure Statement with Respect to First Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation of National Steel Corporation and its Affiliated Debtors and Debtors in Possession (the “Plan”) (the “Disclosure Statement”). On August 20, 2003, the Court issued an order approving the Disclosure Statement and solicitation procedures with respect to the Plan. The Court confirmed the Plan on October 23, 2003 and the Plan became effective December 19, 2003. The Plan contemplates that all remaining assets will be disposed of, all cash proceeds (net of expenses) will be distributed to creditors, and that all administrative tasks required to complete the wind-down of the debtors’ estates and their ultimate dissolution would be completed. In addition to providing for these things, the Plan sets forth how net cash proceeds available for distribution to various creditor constituencies will be allocated and paid. All equity interests are deemed cancelled or extinguished in accordance with the effective date of the Plan and there will not be a recovery by our stockholders.



On December 22, 2003 the Debtors filed with the Court their required combined monthly operating report for the month ended November 30, 2003 (the “Operating Report”) in a form prescribed by the office of the United States Trustee of the Department of Justice for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division (the “Trustee”). This format does not contain all of the disclosures required by generally accepted accounting principles or by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or any other prescribed form or format other than that prescribed by the Trustee. Looking back over the years it looks to me like about once a year someone notices that NASSCO contracts from the DOD get copied and spread with the little addition of the NSTLQ symbol right after the National Steel in the middle of their name, National Steel and Shipbuilding Company which is part of General Dynamics and does billions of $$ biz.

They do a little DD and also find that SID's filings pop up on various sites under NSTLQ. Whoa, that's cool.

So they figure wow, something is up, I'll buy the stock, then they start spreading what they've found, others jump on and off the stock goes.

Then slowly people figure it out by going to the sources.

The source for filings is the SEC/Edgar, not Pinksheets, or Nasdaq, or OTC BB or anywhere else.

The source to confirm the DOD contract news is the DOD, it's not OTC BB, or anywhere else either.

But, now the NSTLQ shell has some life and it's in play for a few days, then eventually things go back to normal, some people make some money, others get stuck in it and lose money.

Why the delay, who knows.
