Does anyone know who the Market Maker for NIFW is, PLEASE. I tried to add more last week and I was given a terrible buy price. Now, today we see a trade for 25,000 shares and it is green like in a buy. How can that be. The PPS was 0.0002 on Friday. This had to be a sell today.

Yes. Someone did and it cost him/her more than $0.49 cents and less than $0.50 cents. Like I said earlier, if we keep this up we will be among the most active boards here.

d4. This is 2 posts already today for NIFW. Soon we will be in the most active posting board on I-Hub. I saw that $1.00 trade yesterday and $2.00 trade today. Man. We are starting to roll with all of these trades. So far today we are UP--100 percent.

d4ibm. When I saw your post in my mailbox, I am sorry but I forgot your name AND forgot what National Institute for Security was ????? I am holding my shares until about November ( unless they go up radically, ha ha ha or are delisted. Come to think of it why HAVEN"T they been delisted?

You are probably right. Its a real shame that a company that supposedly specializes in school safety ( which if you ask me has huge potential in todays world)can go year after year and be completely silent. Its a real disgrace to their management skills. Anyway since this stock is a complete lost cause, what other stocks are you guys involved in/looking at?

RHill. No need to say the word sorry. This is the WORST company I ever invested in and I am NOT a young person. I don't think they have a public share holders meeting, per se. Management owns a VERY high percentage of the company, all they need to pass anything. That plus they don't give a damn about us shaewholders

Dont ask me why, but I just got done reading the 2005 Shareholder letter again. It was pretty humerous reading that "2005 will be our breakout year". Well 2005 has come and gone and here we sit hoping that our management team decides to get off their ass's and start acting like a public company. Any news when our shareholder meeting is this year? Does anyone even attend? I am sure its a lost cause. I guess my only hope is that my other positions in other stocks do extremely well this year so then I can sell this POS to offset my capital gains. Anyway sorry guys just venting a little. This "company" makes me so mad. Let me know if you guys ever hear a slight pulse in this one. I doubt it but you never know.

A LOT of activity yesterday in NIFW. 800 shares dold for 0.0001 means someone needed 0.08 that's right==8 cents. Why? Last prior trade was on 11-23-05. Does a stock have to trade every so many days or something?

RHill. That is the problem--Management or the lack of it. To my best knowledge there has not been ONE share traded in over 4 weeks. I know one of the people there but he has not talked to me in at least 4 weeks. Maybe because the company is or might fold. Can't sell the stocks I have at this PPS so mught just put my folder in the dust drawer and forget about it. I can use it in 2006 for a tax loss.

d4IBM. Anyone confirm yesterday's close? Is it up 0.049 to 0.015? That is what I-Hub is showing on our face sheet but it does not track with Level II

d4. I have NO idea what is going on. The level II on the face page shows a last trade being a sale of 850 shares on 8/11/05. However the same face sheet shows a total volume of 206.8 thousand and a closing of 0.015 up 0.0149. Your post shows( at 3:30 p.m. or so shows one trade as a sell.
I think I will check the PPS tomorrow morning.

RHill. I am still here with a lot more shares than I wish to admit to. Nothing is going on with the cvompany so no reason to post. No Market Maker No Investor Relations oerson No press releases as to what the company is even doing or trying to do. Just going to hold on to my shares and pray( oops. can't do that anymore per a federal judge) I will wait until the end of the year and see if I need to sell for a tax loss before I do anything.

One lousy trade of 40,000 shares at 0.0001 for a grand gross total of $4.00 NOBODY bought this stock for less than 0.0001 and therefore this is not a sell for a profit. It can't be a day trader or a flipper. In my opinion-----Just someone with an ulterior motive to keep the PPS down. Why ? That is the million dollar or is it $4.00 question.

Not me but I am confused. The face sheet here shows down 0.005 with volume of 45.5 K. However I see yesterday's close as being 0.015 and the 4 trades today are 10,500--10,010,000--5,000 for a different total. Anyone have any ideas. If it is not one of us 3 who is buying?

Someone bought a whopping 100 share to push the PPS up to the close of 0.015 WOW I wish I had that $1.50 to invest. That must be one big spender. Maybe it is more than one person and they put all of their money together to get the one dollar and fifty cents.

I did get a note from Steve Burhoe that he was meeting with a new market maker last Thursday but he never followed up with me so I have no clue if he had the meeting. He did say they had 2 big deals that could be announced in June and I told him not to just post it on his website but get the news out on news services. Who know. I don't see how this stock will move up when the ask sits at .015 and the market maker lets someone buy it for .002. It will never go up at that rate.

d4. No. It was not me BUT I wish it was me. You did not look close enough. That 50,000 buy ( light green on Level II above) was at 0.0002. You missed one of the zeros. I would LOVE to know how someone could buy this stock at 0.0002 when, to my knowledge, the bid and ask was 0.015 and 0.0001.
